Tony has been a long time friend so when it was time to buy I made the call. Turned out to be one of the best decisions. His professional experience and commitment to getting his clients the best deal possible is on display always. He will give you honest opinions about properties you look at, he's not just trying to sell you any house. Tony wants to make sure you find the best possible property that fits your needs. We saw several properties along the way, got turned down at some, but Tony always said the right property will come be patient. He was honest about the houses that I thought were good for me and he didn't. At the end we both liked the house and location I got so I knew it was the right one. To say that Tony went out of his way on this sale is an understatement. Saturday nights reaching out to the selling agent was part of it. His determination to get this difficult deal done is the reason why I was able to get it at below asking. Tony and his team of agents were awesome throughout the process which is stressful. If you want a negotiating shark who will look out for your best interest Tony is the guy. He was always just a phone call away which made things easier. Many real estate agents in this market to choose from, but there is only one Tony Tadros!

If you are looking for a Rockstar Agent, you have come to the right place. TONY is an excellent Realtor. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. He was extremely responsive and had answers to all of our questions. We were looking to buy our first home a couple of hours away and he did not hesitate to help us. He kept us on the same page and was an expert at solving issues. Highly skilled negotiator, they accepted our offer the same day!! He is the BEST!! Fun, funny, and put us at ease while going through this process that can be stressful and complicated. We had a really good time and are so happy with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a realtor. Tony at Pacific Properties Realty Group has been my realtor for many years. When I decided to sell my house and buy another at the same time I was very nervous of what to expect, but I knew that if there was someone that can not only pull it off, but make the process smooth and enjoyable, it was Tony. Tony had helped me several years back and I knew there was no one I would rather work with, so I immediately contacted him. Tony immediately started working on getting me homes I wanted to see. That same weekend we had an open house at my house and saw potential new homes. The last house we saw that weekend I knew was the house I loved and wanted. Tony quickly got to work and had an offer written by the time I got home. He knew exactly how to work that deal to make sure I got the home I wanted. Now I am enjoying my new home thanks to Tony and the team. I would also like to mention that prior to me meeting Tony, I had worked with another realtor. During that time, I was purchasing a home and it took moths for me to get a home and I kept getting rejected on all my offers for homes I really wanted. Tony was the opposite. He made sure I got the home I wanted. We didn't even bother looking at other homes because I knew that was the home I wanted and he knew he would make it happen. That being said I would highly recommend Tony and his team to all my friends and family. Tony will never push you to make a decision you're not 100 percent certain about and he will talk to you like a friend. He's very easy to talk to and he will guide you through the process.

Tony helped me negotiate one of the best deals in the South Bay (the house was negotiated down from 3.5M down to 3.1M and it was appraised at 3.3M!). During the process, Tony was very responsive in answering all of my questions, really looked out for me during every aspect of the negotiations, and helped coordinate everything with my lender and escrow. I actually price shopped his lender with about 70 other lenders and his turned out to be the best given my circumstances! He knew all of the nooks and crannies of the whole process and helped look out for me when it was really important. Real estate agents can be very sketchy but I am glad I found one that I could really trust. Buying a home was one of the biggest steps in my life and I've heard horror stories from friends and colleagues of mine. I'm glad my experience with Tony was unlike theirs.
