Give me my **** money back!! YOU DONT REPORT PROPERLY! IF I PAID FOR A 10K CREDIT LONE WHY DID I NEVER GET IT!!! IM GOING TO REPORT THIS COMPANY UNTIL ITS SHUT DOWN I DONT CARE RUN ME MY COIN AND GOODBYE

Paid for TomoBoost for over 6 months and nothing ever showed up on my credit. Tried to cancel many times, and everytime I got an email back that was automated and they would never allow me to cancel. I ended up having to cancel my card to stop them from pulling money.

This company is a sham. I followed instructions for cancelation, and they will not cancel! They only give me nonsense replies stating "We respect your desire to cancel, but we really don't want you to!"Currently up to TWELVE emails in 24 hours and they still won't cancel.

I am writing to lodge a complaint against Tomoboost regarding their inability to cancel my subscription and their continuous billing despite numerous attempts. I signed up with the understanding that they would report my subscription to credit bureaus, but after six months, I have seen no such reporting or any results. My efforts to cancel through emails and texts have only received auto-reply messages, with tickets automatically closed and no working phone numbers to contact. I have been billed three payments: two of $67 and one of $99, totaling $233, without any resolution. I request an immediate cancellation of my subscription, a full refund, and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I was advised by my financial advisor to subscribe to this program. I did not need them anymore and am tired of paying $99.99 a month for a service I do not need. Upon trying to cancel I went round and round with them until they sent me 6 emails later begging me not to leave to finally have the subscription cancelled. I have been going round and round trying to get the money reversed since the account was cancelled and they are refusing to refund the money they took out. No means to get ahold of any kind of customer service representative, only by email. This phone number here on the BBB does not go through. I am finding it to be boarderline fraud, they keep charging for services even after subscription was canceled and will not refund the money. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Nothing but a headache. I would put no stars if I could.
