Kevin is a legend. Been having issues with my 2012 Kia Sorrento not passing smog because the O2 Sensors were not reading. He’s the only mechanic in So-Cal that knows how to recalibrate and fix the computer issue that’s not letting the O2 sensors read. After dealing with mechanics that didn’t know how to fix the issue, I was able to take it in the shop the day of, only took 1 hour, and at a great price. I took the car to get smogged immediately after and passed with flying colors. Thanks Tokyo Automotive and Kevin!!!

All the mechanics are certified technicians for all Asian imports. Labor rates are higher, but you get what you paid for with their expertise knowing that they will do the job right!

Great Service! A friend recommended Tokyo Automative Repairs and I am so thankful she did. She was 100% correct, they are honest and walk you through everything. After being quoted elsewhere with an unnerving amount of money for all of the struts, I just felt this was not correct and even more so if it was, I needed to ensure the cost was fair as I was hearing and feeling an isolated incident. Tokyo Automative Repair came with me while I drove the car and then I left my car for them to inspect. They confirmed the issue, and that I didn't need the repairs recommended elsewhere. Also, when I picked up my vehicle they had the part that needed to be replaced and replicated it for me; the sound was exactly what I was hearing. Needless to say, I saved thousands, and more imporantly, they gained my trust. I urge anyone to take their vehicle to them.

Great service! Brought my crosstrek in for an oil change and a check up. I’ve had the car for five years but never taken it in for anything other than oil changes at those jiffy places and noticed some issues. They took care of everything in a few hours and explained all the issues. Car is perfect and it was quickly serviced and reasonably priced but most importantly Kevin thoughtful explained everything. Pricing and work super clear. This will be my forever mechanic.
