3ヶ月ほど前から定期的に伺ってます。初めて伺った時、鉄板に手が触れてしまい、火傷しました。その際、近くに店員さんが心配をして声をかけてくださったその対応がとても嬉しかったです。その店員さんは、いつも真面目で、一生懸命ひたむきに仕事されていらっしゃる姿を拝見します。真剣に仕事をすると言うことの大切さを学ばせていただきました。それ以来、僕は定期的にこちらに通うようになり、その方はいつも同じように真剣にお仕事に取り組んでいらっしゃいます。本当に素晴らしいと思います。今度その方をお見かけした際、その方にお声掛けしようと思っています。おかげで、私はモダン焼きを焼くのが上級者となりました(笑)。

Difficult to judge when you were promised an english menu and there isn't one. We ordered off a tablet with no translation just pictures and ordered one dish we thought was potatoes and turned out to be 90% fat and inedible. The idea is good but sadly turned out badly for us. Nevermind. We have had lots of hits in Japan but sadly this was a miss.

注文をタブレットでするのですが、選択するものが画面スクロールしないと表示されないので気付きにくい。そのせいか注文がうまくできていなかったらしく、店員に「○○に○○はつけられないので無しでいいですね！」とイライラした口調で言われた。店内は混んでもいなかったのに、何にイラついてるのか… タブレットの画面構成とか、注文前にもうちょっと説明して欲しい。

広島風のお好み焼きの欠点は慣れてないと自分で焼くのが難しいこと。だから徳川は広島に本店がありながら昔から気軽にセルフ焼きが楽しめる関西風なのである。関西風の徳川が広島の繁華街に出来たことで、それに対抗してみっちゃん、八昌などの店も多店舗展開を始めたのである。

Wir waren spontan vor dem großen Abendrush da und haben sofort einen Platz bekommen (ca. 17 Uhr). Mit einem Mix aus Japanisch und Englisch wurde uns das Tablet zum bestellen erklärt, die Servicekraft hat uns bei allen Bestellungen unterstützt und für die Hiroshima-Stylevariante gab es ein Video für die Zubereitung. Wir haben uns für zwei verschiedene Okonomiyakivarianten entschieden. Hat alles gut geklappt und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen.

広島焼きを注文し30分以上待ちました。店員さんに『焼いて持ってきてくれるのか』と確認した際も『混み合っているので』と言われ、職人さんが焼く順番を待っているのだと納得して待ちました。しかし、ようやく運ばれてきたのは『自分で焼くための具材ボウル』。具材を出すだけでなぜ30分もかかったのか、そして確認した際の『混んでいる』という説明は何だったのか、非常に不信感を抱きました。待たされた挙句、謝罪もなく自分で焼き始める状況に、せっかくの旅行が台無しです。

I've do at it from other places where the egg is thinner and crispier, which gives a fun snap, so while it's not like that here, I do appreciate that I'm getting more egg, and that's not bad!
