Love my thelmoco ultra bike. Needed a new wing mirror called them and they sorted me out with a replacement. This was about 2pm on a Friday, Saturday morning arrived and so did the wing mirrors after they warned me it should be early next week. So happy with this and then I even got a follow up call checking I had received them. Very happy customer

Well done to all the team at Thelmoco , my Farsta was delivered 3 days ago a full week early to my surprise, After 1 day I felt very comfortable with with my decision to purchase your product money well spent . Build quality is good no squeaks or rattles , Performance is more than you would need for daily commuting and a very good platform for a new rider as a 125cc equivalent platform but with more control of your riding experience by selecting what mode suits you at the time and the fact all that is required is a CBT who needs to get a full licence unless you want to use motorways with a passenger on board . I have to say there is no comparison a 125cc ICE may reach a higher top speed not by much, the acceleration and smoothness of the torque delivery of my Farsta far out matches any 125cc ice much more road feedback as there is no noise or vibration through the handlebars. Well done Thelmoco. UPDATE : 1 month in and 200 miles completed , one small issue with the flasher relay quitting but the team at Thelmoco had a replacement to me within 24 Hrs Good Job Team . Also got 107 miles from first full charge to 10% so 120 miles on a charge looks very good as the weather warms up and battery has conditioned after a few cycles . Keep it up Perry , Andrew and all the others in the back rooms we don't get to see .

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I was a first time buyer to getting a scooter. After passing my cbt course I wanted to take the plunge and get a scooter! From the very beginning, Andrew was so kind, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and enquiries! He clearly is very knowledgeable about the bikes. I was tossing between getting a petrol or electric scooter. But decided that as I only needed the scooter for commuting/leisure as well as the rising prices of petrol, I decided electric was the way to go. The quality of the scooter is brilliant and great fun to ride. It’s really good value for money and couldn’t have bought from a better company. So thank you so much for a brilliant experience 🤗❤️

Just changed my 50cc Senda to a 125cc Electric Ultra, Customer experience again absolutely fantastic. The Senda was a fab bike and I was getting over 50 miles per battery so would recommend. The Ultra is equally impressive. Would not hesitate to recommend this company as they care about their customers and the transaction was seamless.

The Electric Motorbike Company Ltd has a friendly and helpful team and are very responsive and give great advice. I commuted on a Piaggio 50cc moped 20 years ago to Canary Wharf from SW11, so when I recently changed jobs where the commute is longer than a Thames Clipper boat and a walk, I decided to buy a moped again. This time I wanted a 125cc and I wanted to go green and buy an electric one and am glad that I selected the Electric Motorbike Company Ltd! Perry used WhatsApp to show me around the salesroom so I could select my gleaming new, red ultra moped, I ordered a box because I need to transport various items and under the seat storage is not available, as it houses the battery. My lovely new moped was delivered by Perry from the company, for free, in his van. I have been commuting now for over a week and have enjoyed the freedom that the moped gives me, it pulls away quickly and is a very smooth ride, efficient to run and many people have asked me where they can buy one. The moped is not too bad to move around when off, bit heavy for me at the age of 50 but I will build up my arm muscles! The company helped me with recommendations on insurance and when large quotes were given to me and I informed them of this, the company called the insurance company to find out what was going on, excellent service! So if you are looking to buy an electric moped, this is the place to come!

Great scooter, and great company! It's a small firm so they're quick to respond to questions. I live 400 miles away from where they're based, but Perry the owner brought the bike up in a van so I could take a look before buying, and then delivered it to my house.

I was a novice motorbike rider and now been enjoying my electric Ultra for a month. Fantastic pre sales advice and guidance from the team at Thelmoco and really good service to get me the right bike. They continue to be ready to help post sales and give a superb all round level of support.

Very informative and made the whole process simple and easy, the hardest part was trying to book in for a CBT! Proud owner of an Ultra in Red, loving the acceleration. I have found that due to my over average weight the range is lower than stated but I knew that would be the case weighing in at around 120kg.

This is a fantastic company with amazing electric bikes and friendly, helpful staff who don't hesitate to go the extra mile for customers. I am now the happy owner of the Ultra. I am new to moped riding but needed a solution to get to work in hilly Wales. I love the ultra it is really great fun to ride. As a past cycle courier I am so happy to be not making loads of noise and smelly air pollution. It is easy to ride and very responsive to maneuver. The Thelmoco team are very polite, friendly and got me up and running quickly. They cared about my feed back and resolved concerns in a great manner. I am happy with the service and advice I have received. Yes I would highly recommend people to go electric and to get the bike from Thelmoco.....

Can't rate Perry and the team highly enough. I went along for an initial test drive and to discuss options to meet my circumstances. Had a chance to to test drive in the car park first, to build my confidence, before being let out on the road around the business park. Perry is extremely knowledgeable and fully understands the bikes inside and out. They were also able to kit me out with everything I needed (as a first time biker) and within a few days I had my bike and away I went.

Excellent customer experience! I bought my bike in March loved it so much.. I wanted to upgrade to a more powerful bike. ( I'm a big lad) Instead of making a profit from selling me another bike Perry worked with me to adjust my current XTRA. This man is honest and trustworthy. Very happy would recommend... Perry is a superstar......... Trust this company.....

If only more companies offered the same customer service as Perry and his colleagues. I would recommend to anyone looking for an electric to get in contact with Perry, as he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure to have dealt with him and his colleagues.
