I recently used *** Tobin Law Offices for a misdemeanor trial. Throughout the entire process *** seemed to blow smoke more than anything. He spoke like someone who knew a lot but when time in court came *** was a let down. He was more of a salesman than an attorney and cared mostly about just getting paid. Throughout many times in my case *** was just flat out wrong on what would happen next and didnt seemed to care much about my case. He was ill prepared to take on my case and for trial. If I was one in need of a good attorney to win your case, I would look elsewhere.

Attorney ******* Tobin is the polar opposite of the bad reputation associated with lawyers. He is everything an extraordinary attorney should be and then some. His fees are fare,he delivers as promised and personally calls you with updates. He is a 1% er, (only 1% of the people in the world capable of performing at the highest level). Life is grand if you never need a lawyer but if you do, hire this attorney. You will not be disappointed.

I retained Mr ********************** back in Jan of 2024 for a DUI case I was anticipating but had not been filed yet. I was moving out of state and contacted a handful off attorneys who were eager to charge me for a consultation and give me all kinds of rediculous advice. Mr ********************** did not do that. His consultation was at no charge. Payment arraingements more than reasonable. He helpepd me deal with my lisence suspension & tracked the status of my situation until it made its way into the court system. He appeared in court for each court date until the resolution of my case. Mr ********************** provided excellent representation. His communication was top notch. 5 stars!!
