Great experience We were in a bind. Our dog almost chewed through our window while we were out of town. We called in several of the "big" window replacement companies and also called Top Notch based on the reviews. Hands down we made the best choice with using Top Notch. Juan was professional, didn't drag on the initial inspection, or try to up sell us. It was affordable too, which was needed for an unplanned event. Also, the fact that it is a family owned business made us want it use them even more! We will be using them for our future window needs.

I shopped several window installers and Top Notch was by far the most responsive and best priced. Why others were canceling on me and making excuses, Top Notch was there, explained the entire process, and answered all my questions. Juan was very professional and very knowledgeable. He even helped me out on other parts of my project, with his knowledge of construction services. Top Notch is the way to go!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Juan installed a new entry door and storm door, re-wrapped several windows that were done poorly by previous owners, and replaced another entry door with a window. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, as if he were working on his own home. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He even suggested taking vinyl siding off the back of the house to use on the front so that new siding where the old door was didn't stand out. It was a great suggestion. In addition, when he could not find my current siding in stock, his partner Makayla made an extra trip to my house to pick up an old piece of siding so they could check around to match it (which they did!). They just provide such exceptional customer service. Juan is very knowledgeable about his craft and happily answered any questions I had. His prices are also very reasonable! And Makayla also helped out on the job (in addition to doing office work)! They are both very professional, very polite and very friendly. I am extremely pleased with the experience I had with them.

Top Notch is just that, they had excellent customer service and did a great job installing our gutters. We contacted them in the late winter/early spring and of course Missouri weather did not disappoint. Top Notch kept in contact with us about any delays, showed when they said they would, did the job and cleaned up after they were done. Besides all that the people were easy to talk to. If you're looking for a small local company that offers lower prices than the others that we got quotes from, give them a try.

Replaced 2 very large windows, replaced 2 different sliders, 1 out side facing door and one storm door. each door and window he took his time and made sure it was sealed completely. What a huge difference this made in our home, the temperature and looks. Wish I did not wait so long to have this done. Then trimmed everything perfectly and made sure there was no leaks… made sure we were completely satisfied. If there any problems he would return to make sure it was to our satisfaction!!
