Titan Mold Removal & Air Duct Cleaning Reviews

Requested a quote. Told them we were looking to sell the home and we wanted the work done cheaply and quickly. We were given a $17,000 quote, they suggested replacing all floors due to an incorrect installation, and then said they would send a list of supplies for us to purchase. I said I didn’t really want to replace all the flooring, but I asked for a detailed quote because we were given this number with no context. Titan said they’d get a more detailed quote to me the next day and then we could schedule a call. Days later, I followed up about getting an itemized quote - I’d already moved the money over to pay them the deposit, I just needed to understand the costs. They responded that if I would buy my own materials, the price would be $10,000. What? I already thought I was buying my own supplies? Where is this number even coming from? Their response was that they didn’t want to provide an itemized quote and that I should go with someone else. Stunned even as I type this - save your time and money.

The truck that drove through the scene of an accident at the pilot in Dexter is something special, or at least he thinks so. Not around the accident, but thru it.

They were prompt and they did what they said they would do. They are hardworking and know mold and everything that goes with eradicating it! They were respectful of our property and our home and just good guys. Friendly, competent and finished the job early. They did not exceed their estimate, which in these economic times, means a great deal. They are an awesome company with a great group of workers. Kim and his guys were absolutely amazing! They explained everything to me before doing the job and gave me recommendations for preventing mold in our windows sill. I seriously won’t use anyone else and they’ll be my first call for any other mold issues!

Can’t say enough good things about Kim and his team. We’ve had them out for an attic restore and duct cleaning. We’ve got plans to have them do our bathroom in the near future. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

We noticed some mold in our basement and had an extremely fast response from Titan Mold Removal, along with quick action to give us a quote and perform the job! Kim and his team did an EXCEPTIONAL job at educating us, treating our mold, and finding the issue for a very good price. The whole process was extremely easy and worry free. They treated our house with respect and went the extra mile in every opportunity. If we ever need this service or someone needs a recommendation it will definitely be them!!

I highly recommend Titan! Austin took great care of us this week. We have a 140+ year old house that has probably never had its ducts cleaned so he had his work cut out for him. He was very professional and thorough. I was super impressed with his attention to detail and efficiency. I called this company with concerns of mold exposure for and elderly clients , Titan mold removal did not hesitate they showed up promptly to inspect the situation and was very knowledgeable on the elderly lady’s situation .
