Work in progress - could be really good. Overall: A bit of a challenge, considering it was supposed to make life easier. It feels like the product is a bit of a work in progress Pros: Nice interface to start with.... Does integrate with Zoho, although this is not as easy as expected. Cons: Was supposed to integrate with Zoho. This isnt easy to manage - it requires you to enter your messages in a fiddly JSON format and let to fails. Not able to save messages on the app. Misleading on the amount of messages that can be sent. Doesn't seem to sync identifiable data like names to the app, which makes it difficult to use. Created some ghost accounts in Zoho, for accounts that were already there and used to message in timelines

Great App for integrating WhatsApp with your CRM Pros: Was able to Link with CRM and got immediate customer support. My whole team was able to access and especially WhatsApp web still remains which was a important. Cons: Sometimes the messages do not sync, but since we are using the Trial version have to see once we get the paid version.

Recommended for Hubspot integration Overall: Sales team was very knowledgeable on the tool and was able to answer to very specific questions. Timelines is very easy to use, and whenever I had doubts, the customer support team was very quick and attentive. Pros: Nice tool that integrates seamlessly with Hubspot. Very easy to use. Customer support is very attentive. Cons: Nothing in particular. As a suggestion for future features, maybe a better onboarding experience would facilitate self-onboarding.

Super Application agile Overall: Superagile et intuitif. Les liens permettent un stockage des conversations. J'ai pu faire l'intégration sur mon CRM ZOHO extrême facilement. Pros: La forte intégration de ZOHO CRM. Il permet une connexion sans WhatsApp Business. Cela est vraiment top ! Cons: Avoir l'intégration sur les affaires et non sur le contact. Il faut cette intégration pour être encore plus performant dans l'intégration.

Maybe works for us Overall: My overall experience with TimelinesAI has been very positive. The customer support team is fast to respond and clearly knows their stuff, which makes setup and troubleshooting smooth. Their professionalism gives me confidence in using the platform daily. Pros: Seamless WhatsApp integration with Pipedrive that saves time, improves workflow, and keeps chats synced. Cons: The main drawback is the limitations in functionality and the fact that users can delete their history, which makes it harder to maintain a complete and reliable record of client communications.

Excellent tool Overall: My experience with the tool has been very positive. While I haven't been able to test it with real clients yet, the conversations with my simulation AI agent have been excellent. I'm very excited to try it out with my real clients soon. Pros: I loved this tool; it allows me to have my AI agent available 24/7 for my clients. It's a wonderful tool! Cons: So far, I have nothing negative to say about TimelinesAI. In fact, since I discovered it, it's only been positive.

Brilliant experience with Timelines AI Overall: It has been a pleasure dealing with TimelinesAI from the very start. Quality system and helpful support both by message and email. Pros: Easy to set up. They provided a free trial to show confidence in their product. Their Whatsapp integration works flawlessly. Cons: Nothing, works exactly as stated. The process of setting up and using Timelines AI was very easy and had customer support if needed.

Amazing Shared inbox Pros: The tool is easy to use, very stable and have a wonderful customer support. Still not exploring all the available integrations, but have nothing to complain. Pros: Me gusta que se puedan crear muchos templates para ahorrar tiempo en la comunicación de ciertos aspectos hacia los clientes. Además, poder tener una vista de los chats para diferentes filtros es muy útil para diferentes equipos de trabajo. Cons: La plataforma es muy buena. Excelente herramienta para el manejo de whatsapp colaborativo Pros: Es realmente cómodo para el trabajo en simultáneo con chats de WhatsApp (en el sentido de varios chats y varias personas mirando los mismos chats) y la API que ofrecen es súper completa para conectar con otros productos. Cons: La interfaz se siente bien "tosca" y el proceso para agregar etiquetas a un chat funciona bien pero creo que debería ser más expedito

Good experience Overall: It's been good so far. I know it can improve a lot in metrics and analytics. If you do that, I would not leave. Pros: It's a great option for our clients for easy and agile communication. It does not have many restrictions. Cons: Lack of analytics and metrics reports. Muy recomendado, excelente plataforma Pros: Es muy fácil de usar, trabajamos varias personas desde ahí y mantiene un muy buen orden, además de que se pueden poner tags, asignar, tener distintas bandejas, etc. Nos encanta que el soporte sea humano, destaco a [contenido sensible oculto] que siempre está disponible para ayudar. Cons: Hay pequeñas cosas como eliminar un tag masivo que se podría mejorar, pero en generar todo funciona súper bien y son muy receptivos.

Soporte excelente y plataforma muy completa Overall: Mi experiencia con TimelinesAI es muy buena. Me gustaría que en próximas versiones puedan mejorar la visualización de los reportes y sumar la opción de enviar campañas masivas mediante workflows automáticos. Pros: La respuesta del equipo de soporte es rapidísima y siempre me ayudan a resolver mis dudas. Además, cuentan con muy buen material de soporte que me facilita el uso de la plataforma. Cons: No tengo aspectos negativos. La plataforma es muy completa, aunque tengo algunas propuestas de mejoras que me gustaría ver en el futuro.
