Need improvement.one room in passports side smells when u enter..but in 5 mints u get used to it. Staff counselling is a must bcoz the expatriates here are a major contributor towards remittances. They need care from the Consulate and it's worthy staff.

Went for Power of Attorney and it took me hardly half an hour. Very friendly and cooperative staff of Room 3. For power of attorney 1st, directly go to photocopy shop outside embassy, complete documentation at shop and just submit them in room 3 After 30 40 mins you will get your POA.

Pathetic service a simple passport renewal can take minimum 6 hours so be prepared for it. Consulate open at 8 but token starts 2 hours before i reached at 8 and i got 350 number token which was for fee submission. After that you have to wait hours in line for picture.
