Little
shame on Pakistani Embassy lanat Pakistani hukumat par
I am visiting Afghanistan Embassy after 2 hours get ready new passport in jeddah Embassy
please respect all Pakistani peoples of other countries
I had a very disappointing experience at the Pakistani Embassy welfare department (Room No. 5). As a citizen of Pakistan, I expected professional assistance, especially when someone approaches the embassy in a difficult situation.
Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with, whose name is Jamali, showed a very unprofessional attitude. While I was explaining my problem, he appeared uninterested and kept engaging in personal conversations instead of listening to my situation. At one point, he even got up and started discussing his own personal matters on the phone while I was still waiting for help.
When I requested assistance, he simply told me to go to Riyadh, even though I clearly explained that I am currently in Jeddah and needed support from the embassy here. I also suggested that the matter could perhaps be coordinated internally between the Jeddah office and Riyadh, but he responded that they could not do that and that they had other work to do.
This kind of response from a welfare department is surprising and disappointing. Citizens come to the embassy seeking support and guidance, especially when they are facing problems abroad. Professional behavior and basic respect should be the minimum expectation.
I initially considered filing a formal complaint, but I felt that it might not lead to any action. My humble suggestion to fellow citizens is to be prepared to handle matters themselves rather than relying entirely on such assistance.
I sincerely hope the embassy administration reviews the conduct of its staff and improves the level of service provided to Pakistani citizens.
