BEWARE OF TIJN!
I placed an order for a pair of glasses from TIJN, which were shipped on July 23. After several weeks with no movement or update to the tracking information, the company claimed the original shipment had been “lost” and issued a replacement on September 10.
On October 6, the replacement package was intercepted and seized by the United States Postal Service for “counterfeit postage.” This seizure indicates that the company used fraudulent mailing practices in violation of federal postal regulations. I reported this matter to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for further investigation into potential mail fraud and deceptive trade practices.
In my view, the company engages in deceptive conduct and employs delay tactics to avoid being reported or held accountable. Fortunately, I filed a dispute through PayPal and expect to receive a full refund.

TIJN - Invalid Tracking / No Customer Support
Ordered May 15, charged $189. Tracking shows package entered U.S. on June 2 but is invalid on USPS. No help from chatbot, no response via email or WhatsApp. I've filed a consumer protection complaint and dispute. Be very careful ordering from TIJN
Beware
Guys, please do not buy from them unless you are absolutely certain that: 1. The glasses will fit your face, 2. The glasses will be comfortable, and 3. That you will like the glasses (despite the fact that some of the selections look different in-person versus how they are marketed online). Returns are useless because the shipping costs more than the glasses do, durability isn't all there (metal nose pads broke off without anyway of fixing without super glue), and comfortability is okay once you break in the glasses. Warranty only lasts 180 days, and until recently, you had to text a number on Whatsapp to receive one. If looking for online services, turn to Zenni or Firmoo, they will last you more than a year, unlike Tijn.
BAD QUALITY!! ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!
I wish there is an option to give them zero star. I received my prescription glasses July 7th. After a month I noticed some skin irritation on my cheeks. And behind my ears. I ignored this and kept wearing them until August 9th we went on summer vacation and during that time I wore contact lenses. The irritation calmed down and went away. After my summer vacation, I knew it was my glasses causing the irritation. I put them on again to see if I will get the irritation back and it did!
So I sent a message to the customer service who only lectured me about avoiding metal frames. I have been wearing glasses for years now and had metal frame with zero issues. They should just admit that their product is really bad quality. Imagine not even a couple of months the coating is already wearing off. This is the reason why im getting irritation on my skin!!! If you need glasses better go to an optic clinic.
Potential for good, but also scammy
I really liked the glasses that came to me, but the earpieces were way too large/long. They do not cover return shipping, and it would have been $163 to send back (the glasses were $110). That is a HUGE red flag to me, so make sure you are VERY accurate on your measurements and triple check everything, or else you will be out >$270.
I would give Zero Stars if I could
I can't review their eyeglasses, because I never received them. I can review their "Customer service" between Twitter, instagram, email, and chatting through their website I sent over twenty communications over the course of a week after being notified my glasses were stuck in customs. I sent them what was required. They asked for my SSN and said they were dealing with it, then I received the notification it was being shipped back to China. When I reached out after being told they were going back, I get a bot answer saying if I didn't provide documents to customs, I don't get my items. Don't trust them. Don't waste your money. SCAM
Don't Really Recommend Buying Here
I've been meaning to write a review on this for awhile, but I forgot all about these glasses until I found them again abandoned in my car. I love the frames that I bought from this site, and everything was going well with my new glasses until I tried to clean them one day. Literally the first time I tried to clean it without my microfiber because I didn't have it one me, the lens scratched immediately (and it was with just my t-shirt). Obviously, using the microfiber is the best way, but a t-shirt scratched the lens that easily? I was very very disappointed. It literally scratched so bad that when I wear them it's just foggy. Really awful, so needless to say, I won't be buying here again.
TIJN Eyewear- Worst Quality Glasses
The glasses I have from TIJN are very cute and it is a shame I have had an overall bad experience with them. BUT they are the worst quality of glasses I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never had a problem like this. They are very poor quality and the material gave me contact dermatitis on my ears. When I reached out to TIJN customer service, they were not empathetic, helpful or proactive. They offered a 10% discount… which I think it terrible. I do not think it is a surprise that they don't allow reviews on their website.
The worst.
Bought a pair of glasses that arrived damaged and unwearable. Tried to contact the brand by email (got an automatic reply telling me to not spam them with emails or else they wouldn't take care of my issue) and tried talking to them via chat, in their website. Got NO real answer whatsoever. Buying from them or throwing my money out the window would have been the same thing.
Extremely rude customer service that gaslit me
I ordered a pair of cute gold glasses. After a month and a half of waiting, they finally arrived. However, the glasses were silver and not gold. I don't want silver and I didn't want to wait another 30+ days for a new pair of glasses. At first when I messaged the customer service email, they were friendly. But as I began to ask to return the glasses for a full refund, they became rude. I sent in a picture and they told me the color was in fact gold and not silver. This was entirely false. They refused to be helpful and take the glasses back. I do not understand why they are acting like this. All I want is to give them the glasses back and be refunded. It is within the 30 day period and it is not my fault they sent the wrong color. DO NOT buy from here.
