Excellent all round Quick delivery, easy to build, sturdy and look great. I bought 4 bays at once and got a good discount. Could not be happier with the service, price or the product. Would definitely use again when I need to expand my storage.

Tier Shelving Arrived in 2 deliveries (ordered 5 in total). Prompt delivery and as described. Only note to add, would have specified thickness of MDF shelves on website to understand this in more detail. But product supplied was good quality for the price.

Service fine - product description misleading The product is adequate but advertising it as heavy duty shelving is very misleading. The thin mdf will not be capable of sustaining a load of 175 kg long term. Requiring safety gloves for assembly due to sharp edges is not particularly appealing in a consumer product. Dispatch and delivery adequate albeit not stellar. Pricing misleading - the product was not worth £99 to begin with. Even at a discounted price of £39 it is still overpriced.

Awful. Avoid like the plague. I ordered six units, three were delivered. I reminded the business that I had ordered six units, they suggested that the courier would split the orders if too large. Two days later just one more unit arrived, its cardboard package had been contaminated by a solvert, oil, water or some other material. I rejected it. I have rejected the order outright and expect the vendor to collect the three aready delivered. I also expect a full refund of my payment within 5 working days. For anyone thinking this is just sour grapes - check the name of the business, there is no address. It does appear on Companies House and has two directors, a husband and wife. The husband was previously director of dissolved company "tier shelving". Essentially, he's selling off stock from the dissolved company and hiding behind the address of his solicitors in Middlesborough. Seriously, AVOID this confidence trick.

Very pleased with product. First assembly took a bit of time but next 2 shelving went together very quickly. I'm very pleased and garage now looks organized.

The shelves we needed! Perfect shelves for my husband storage! He was driving me crazy with cardboard boxes everywhere so when we saw these didn’t think twice and got them, very happy with our purchase!

Shelving The shelving was delivered promptly the delivery chap was also very courteous, polite and helpful excellent.

Unimpressed. The materials feel unimpressively light. Construction was ok, but some of the slots weren’t open enough to slide shelves into. When built, it’s stable when moderately heavy items are placed on the bottom shelf, but I wouldn’t place anything very heavy on the shelving, particularly on higher shelves.

Great product. Great product, but delivery wasn’t as advertised. Took 11 days, but that was the courier’s issue.

Good product for the price Good product which should serve most DIY needs. If I was super critical, the tabs don't always line up to slide into position, but at the price paid this really is a very minor issue and shouldn't put anybody off.

Overall good disappointed that they cannot supply additional shelves. Initially concerned that only one box of three turned up and that the product looked flimsy. However the end result is adequately strong when in place and looks good. Would have given 5 stars if it were not for the fact that they cannot supply additional shelves.
