From the lack of bedside manner and unprofessional staff to another persons information and photos of there amputated limb after surgery being put into my MyChart! Yes.. you read that correctly! Someone’s amputated images were put in my MyChart! So how do I know that my information isn’t being put into someone else’s MyChart!? Yeah, NO THANK YOU! I’ll go elsewhere!
I had a very thorough consultation with Andrea. She explained the treatment given so it was easy to understand what was being done and made me feel very comfortable during the process.
Attended the clinic with a very acute /painful / stiff neck caused by excess excercise.
This was my 1st visit to this particular chiropractor.
The appointment started with a full & detailed consultation about my health & specifically about my current injury
The treatment was excellent - every step was very well explained & carefully applied
I arrrived in pain of 8/10 with minimal movement 5%
Upon departure pain was 5/10 movement 25%
Had 2nd treatment 5 days later pain 1/10 movement 90% & improving daily
Aftercare was also excellent with a programme of excercises provided to help
Very welcoming and Andrea is most thorough and knowledgeable. I feel confident in my choice of therapist and have hope for the first time in years. Thank you for listening and understanding. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Ann Gwenlan reviewing. Attended Tidal Health for the first time today after being recommended by my previous chiropractor of over 20 years who has moved away. I couldn't have been more impressed!! Andrea made me feel completely at ease from the first and understood my needs and concerns immediately. A very thorough assessment with suggestions that are achievable followed by the treatment. This was such a relief after a gap in my treatment. As someone suffering from scoliosis and osteopenia I have to be sure, particularly with the latter that the exercises and treatment are suitable and gentle. I am delighted with how I felt after the treatment and looking forward to my next visit!!

Brilliant practice, I had Matt performing a sports massage and initial assessment. He was great, very easy to talk to and highly knowledgeable, also very understanding about parts that may be uncomfortable or painful, highly recommend!

I telephoned a few sports physios in the Emsworth/Havant area and finally settled for Tidal Health based purely on price and that it was walking distance away. The business premises are bright and welcoming.
Matt Bowen carefully assessed my injury and once he had eliminated any tendon or joint damage gave me a sports massage for the shoulder area affected and a series of exercises to do each day.
On completion of the massage my shoulders were relaxed and I look forward to a good nights sleep. The exercises given are all on video on an App. Easy to follow. I will return a 2nd time but I am hopeful that doing the exercises each day will help strengthen my shoulder again.
Definitely value for money (£55 for the 1 visit). I am just sorry that it took me 5 weeks to make the decision to do something about my pulled shoulder muscle.
