Excellent service. Driver on time and very helpful. Car seats were available for 2 month old and 7yr old which was brilliant and a rare find in a taxi firm. Slightly less expensive than comparable companies too. Booking clerk on phone was polite and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Tick Taxi service

Fantastic service from messaging last minute to arrange a taxi from bristol to liverpool airport after a change to our flight. Booked easily, very helpful and reasonably priced. Professional, excellent driver who ensured we had a nice relaxing journey.

The driver was very polite and on time, however, we paid extra for a child seat which was not positioned in the vehicle in advance. We tried putting it in a d setting it up but had no idea how to secure it properly. Neither did the driver. Our 5 month old baby was leaning forward awkwardly and my partner had to support him during the ride. We didn't feel that the baby was safe as the straps were not adjusted properly. We expected more having paid £60 for 8 miles..
