Ed Taylor assisted me with my desktop database, after trying to have a tech troubleshoot the issue the day before. Mr. Taylor always works until the job is complete and the issue is rectified. I appreciate all of his hard work and efforts.

We recently switched to ThrottleNet from another company, and the difference has been INCREDIBLE. This company makes addressing issues quick and extremely easy. If there is an issue with my computer, all I have to do is click an icon on my desktop and i'm immediately placed in a chat with a member of the company. They address the issue right then and there until resolved, and the resolution process is fast. There are no more waiting around with a broken or faulty computer, system or program for IT to address the problem. I'm able to immediately go back to my day, which is key in a fast paced business. If anyone is looking for IT services, I strongly recommend this company.
