A couple of years ago we decided to discontinue our monthly IT contract with Throttlenet to save $$. BIG MISTAKE!! We were hit by a Ransomware attack that crippled our business for 3 weeks. The team at Throttlenet helped us through that and got us back up and running without paying a ransom. But, the experience was very painful. We will never go without Cybersecurity again. Just two weeks ago we were attacked again. And our partners at Throttlenet detected it immediately, shut down our network, and immediately began an assessment to identify issues. In this case some of our functionality was down for 1.5 days out of an abundance of caution while they swept all files for corruption. But, the pain was minimal and they found no corrupted files. What a difference Throttlenet makes!! The best!!

Mr. Ed did a really great job at helping me with 365 outlook. Mr. Ed was able to remote into my computer and help me get connected to my office computer. ThrottleNet is always prompt, effective, and incredibly polite. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for IT Support! ETA: This was true for the first little bit, but unfortunately, there were a lot of bumps in the road after this review. I was really struggling with getting responses, my computer issue wasn't fixed and we had to replace it, and I had to spend many many days without being able to work. In addition, my name was set up incorrectly on my laptop and when I asked if it was a simple fix they assured me it was but however it got fixed caused all my programs to stop functioning properly and we had to reformat and reconfigure a few times.
