I have never had any problems. I have been using their mascara forever. I decided to try the skin care line and i have to say the texture and look of my skin has improved I just reordered. I did not care for one of their primers, i emailed and they immediately emailed me a return label, I returned and received full refund. Every time I email help they respond. The ** cream is good, they changed the packaging and formula since the last time I bought it so my color was off, i emailed and asked for refund. Just waiting on my return label. As long as that goes well I gotta say their customer service has been good. Some of the make-up products have not been for me otherwise i could do 5 star, but skincare, mascara, eye brow gel and lip treatment gloss all have been great. Hope they never stop making the mascara - no one else makes a great tubing mascara like they do.
I purchased some makeup around December 28. The apartment number was cut off during the printing of the label, so they reordered it because **** was sending it back.The reorder is also being returned by **** for an unknown reason, and I am being told by their customer service team that I have to wait for the package to arrive at their warehouse before being refunded. Its been almost a month since I ordered these products, and now I dont have my makeup or my money. Its ridiculous that I have to wait even more days or weeks when **** has the products! This is the worst customer support.
I like the mascara and the other products I have tried. I have experienced shipping problems more than once. Ive always gotten my products, eventually, but it is annoying. **************** email is polite, but there is some sort of issue with shipping. The robo text messaging and support is VERY annoying and not helpful.
I thought this was a legitimate company, but I will not order another thing from them. My second purchase attempt: I tried to order 2 items and 2 items only. Every single time (about 7 attempts), I chose the two products I wanted, but upon checkout a THIRD item was ALWAYS added to My Cart with no way of deletling it. I went back to square one several times. I commented on this on their ******** page and they denied it, telling me it was a post-purchase 'suggestion only'. NOT SO. I will never order fro this company again. I had to select a 1 Star Rating, they deserve a ZERO.

The customer service is appalling! ****** the agent I was dealing with would listen, apologies or be empathetic. I bought make up from 3 rd party site and didnt want refund just to let them know someone is ruining their brand name. All she kept doing was trying to send me back to *********** where I purchased items. Do to her I assume the customer service department is not suitable or taught real customer care so I will no longer purchase their brand what so ever! Her final response to me We're a direct-to-consumer brand and want to maintain the quality of our products by being the sole distributor. We do not authorize any reselling of our products. So sorry for the inconvenience. You should reach out to that vendor that is selling on the ******* website and request your money back. What that vendor is doing is going against our Terms and conditions on our website state we prohibit reselling. Im really upset about how this was handled.
Customer service awful
I contacted Thrive Causemetics to advise 3rd party is selling their products that are no good. I advised I didn't want a refund just to talk about the situation. The agent Melody was awful no empathy or sorry at first she said this That is third pary person we only sell via our website. If you purchase it from someone or somewhere else we cannot honor any returns or refunds. Again I told her I don't want refund just to make them aware of situation and bad make up. She then said says: you would need to go back to the seller, since it wasn't purchased directly from our website. I then advised her that her customer service skills have no empathy or apologies and that due to this I won't be buying from them any further due to her. She said I listened to your issue, and I'm sorry you experienced that. But like I said we only sell via our website. The only thing I can do is redirect you back to where you purchased it. So if you want good customer service you will not receive from this company. The conversation from her side I copied and pasted they are legit from our conversation. Thrive needs to improve their relationship skills. I will no longer buy from them or tell others about them. I will tell people that customer service with this company is awful.

Love the mascara and will continue to buy it, but very disappointed in the Bigger Than Beauty line. There is no longer a scent, so the product smells like the package it's contained in. I was going all out on their products, considering their stance on causes. But I can't get myself to buy a line I don't enjoy. So mascara, yes. Everything else will be explored elsewhere.

I have been a loyal Thrive customer for at least 5 years. Have always been more than pleased with their products. Since I have been a customer, I will not use any other brand eyeliner or mascara, and I've always received my orders within a week of purchase. On January 3, ****, I ordered an eyeliner (paid in full) and still have not received it. I contacted Trive on Saturday, January 13, **** and they said that they would send it again via **** priority mail. The next day was a Sunday so no mail service, and then that Monday (January 15) was a holiday so no mail service then either. Thrive told me it would be shipped on Jan 16. On Jan 17, I got an email that said my item was on its way and a tracking number was provided. According to **** tracking only a shipment label had been created as of Jan 17 and **** was waiting for the shipment from thrive. (So, they did not ship it on the 16th as promised). It is now January 24 and I still have not received my order (it has been exactly 3 weeks since I placed the order and paid in full). I requested a refund but they refuse to refund. They said when I receive my order I can send it back to them and they will refund then. Strange that my order has been sent twice in 3 weeks and I still have not received one of those that they claim to have sent. I'm disappointed with their customer service and will no longer purchase from them after all this.
Mascara Was a Letdown and Customer service was abysmal
I purchased the highly touted Liquid Lash Extensions mascara (brown black) after carefully reviewing the product and pouring over dozens and dozens of reviews. I am so sad to report that the mascara was absolutely awful. It went on clumpy and when I sweat it literally slid off all over my face. I carefully selected this product based on the description provided so absolutely did NOT expect it to handle a workout so poorly. Let alone go on so absolutely clumpy. Major disappointment. However, that's nothing new for me so that alone is not driving this bad review. The reason for my poor review is due to my experience with their customer service. They literally told me sorry, we don't have anything for you and here is the link to return it.
No suggestions (even when aksed for something) no alternatives, nothing but being ghosted by "Jocelyn O." I will NOT use this company again specifically because of how she handled my chat.

I just placed an order for 2 products. . I even put in the saving code, which the site seemed to accept- then it kicked it out and didnt give my 20% discount. Someone needs to refund my 20% discount. I wont be ordering from them again if they cannot honor my current and correct discount.
First time ordering with Thrive Causemetics has been extremely disappointing. Placed order on Aug. 19 and as of Sept 5, still have not received my products. No shipping or tracking information provided. Reached out 3 times for an order status update: once via email (did not receive a response) and twice via Live Chat. Live Chat say my order has shipped, yet are unable to provide tracking information. However, payment processed. Have no idea whether I'll receive my products or money back. Buyer beware ordering from this company.
I ordered a mascara & paid for priority shipping 3 days ago. I never received anything about it shipping so I tried to track it & was forced to download an app to be able to track my order. I downloaded the app and still did not see anything about my order. I tried to reach out using the email they gave ******* turned out to be some type of chat and so I chatted my problem and it said someone will get back to me but never did
I have absolutely loved the your liquid lash extensions!! I had been saying this company has been getting so big, that I know the quality will change. I loved how heavy the mascara felt..... Mine last a whole year. I just received a new one in the mail today. I told my husband that I bet they will change the mascara and make a much lighter tub. Sure enough it comes in the mail and the tub feel cheap. I understand business and that Im sure its more cost effective, but it sad when things change that much. I'm hoping that it is the same quality. I'm sure this one won't last as long.
