🌟 HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THRD – AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🌟

I am beyond disappointed with the service from THRD regarding my recent purchase of a Calvin Klein jacket. While I trusted the CK brand for quality, this experience has been an absolute nightmare, thanks to THRD's ineptitude.
The jacket’s color transfers onto my skin even after I followed all the care instructions, including a cold wash before wearing. This is unacceptable for a product at this price point!
What’s worse is THRD’s shameful customer service:
Dismissive attitude: They claimed the product was “authentic” and refused to take responsibility for the defect.
No resolution: Instead of helping, they gave excuses and brushed off the issue entirely.
THRD, if you sell high-end brands like Calvin Klein, you need to stand by your customers. Passing the buck and refusing to assist is a pathetic excuse for customer support.
⚠️ To anyone considering ordering through THRD: DON’T DO IT. You’ll be stuck with faulty products and a company that doesn’t care.

I ordered a product described on the website as a "Cozy Knit Set (3 Pieces)," which was advertised as high-quality knitwear made from soft, breathable, and cozy materials suitable for lounging or casual wear. The product description emphasized premium craftsmanship and a stylish design, with images that reinforced the expectation of a luxurious knit fabric.
However, what I received was entirely different from what was promised. The product was made of cheap synthetic polar fleece, which is uncomfortable, low-quality, and does not resemble the advertised knit material. Additionally, the set I received lacked the aesthetic and design quality shown in the product images, falling far short of my expectations based on the advertisement.
The website also promised timely shipping, but the item took significantly longer than the advertised timeframe to arrive. Furthermore, the refund policy stated a 60-day window, and I reached out to the company within this timeframe to request a resolution. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact them were ignored, and I did not receive any response or support.
Overall, the merchandise I received does not match the product description or quality advertised, and the company's lack of response further adds to the misrepresentation and poor customer service.
Read the reviews. I wish I did. I never used the service. And asked to cancel via email to their customer service email immediately after they billed me. They never responded, and continued to charge me. For three months I kept trying to ask them to cancel. And, they continued to ignore and charge me. When I finally got them to cancel, they told me they can't refund my money as their subscription terms and conditions required me to cancel inside my account rather than via email. (Which no one told me at any point. Or even responded at all for that matter) I agree with another reviewer that this should be illegal as they are registered in the UK and drop shipping from China. Secondly, their policy is also not very 'legal' according to US laws. When you ask them for help, they say that is up to customer to handle in their own account. Buyer beware.
