A lot of repeating from other books If you haven't read any of Dodson's books, then this will be great. I literally just finished The Reality Creation Technique and Parallel Universes of the self, and when I started this one there was a lot of repetition, word for word. At first, I thought I has accidentally put on a previous audio book. Good info, but not if you have already read the aforementioned titles.

Highly recommend this book for anyone wanting a break from the train of negative thoughts After listening to this book a second time, I picked up a lot of information regarding how the brain works & what thoughts impeded the achievement of my goals & what thoughts go on around in my head.Thanks Thomas Miller & thanks Fred Dodson
