I have a hard time with binge-eating due to stress at work that is unfortunately inevitable. Had my first meeting with Ashley back in April and since then, not only am I down 34 pounds, and down from a size 42 to a 33 waistline... but I'm also able to wear clothes that I haven't been able to put on in almost a DECADE!! I wanted to thank Ashley for helping me when I thought that I would have to adjust my life to the excessive sweating that I was having. I talked with her about my symptoms and it was like talking with my best friend. So she was able to prescribe medicine for me that has been working for me. I was very happy with my experience with HOR and would recommend. I had heard of the nurse practitioner treating anxiety and depression and scheduled for her office. I was impressed with all the resources she has to help patients get feeling better! IV infusions, weight loss management, genetic testing.
I like that Ashley has IV drips and I was able to schedule and get one done in the same day! I left her office feeling better about my health and well being.

Ashley is simply amazing! To have a NP really take the time to get down to the bottom of my problem meant so much. She doesn’t talk at you but she will engage in conversation asking all the right questions. She was on time (I had no wait time) and I left feeling like all my needs had been met and then some. I even asked her a question that she didn’t know, instead of fumbling the question she was honest about it and sent me in the right direction where i could get my question answered! I will be returning to Ashley with any needs I may have in this area. If you are going back and forward with booking an appointment JUST DO IT. She is great!

I purchased the CBD gummies (THC free) and I take them around the clock to help with stress, anxiety, depression, etc. After a couple of days of taking these, I definitely feel a sense of calmness and being at ease in my mind. I feel relaxed pretty much all day and they also help with my sleep. I'll definitely be subscribing so I can get these on a monthly basis to improve my mental health.
