Did not start off with a great impression since the inspector was late 30 minutes. The inspector did communicate he was running late. However, the inspection was completed with attention to detail and report was provided within a timely manner.

I wasn’t running late and didn’t show up late. I clearly communicated my ETA which was within the expressed approximate arrival time. No biggie, job got done quickly and I found all the issues and emailed the report to Jean right away. Cool condo congratulations on the first home!
