Not in a good location in Seminyak…. ☺ Breakfast has various selections. The pool is located upstairs overlooking rice paddies and occasionally you can see the volcano ☹ The villa is located in a highly congested part of Seminyak. Scooters ride on footpaths making walking a nightmare. Very loud music from a nearby restaurant was heard on first night until 11pm. There’s construction nearby - day and night. Expect construction noise at all hours.

Poor WiFi, Poor Management. ☺The staff were nice and tried their best. The location is decent but the road right out front can get bogged with traffic. ☹WiFi didn’t work. I needed to work remotely part of the trip - couldn’t register the wifi upstairs and it went out downstairs while I was working. Staff efforts to “fix” the WiFi were unsuccessful. Ants everywhere in my bedroom and bathroom. Only after complaining for a week did they bring an insect guy. Their initial fix to clean up a giant stream of ants in the kitchen was to wipe them down and spray the counter with Glade air freshener. I’m sure you can guess how effective that was. I tried to be nice about requesting a change in my reservation and refund for the days I wouldn’t be staying - Booking was totally onboard, but the management fought me for a week on it before denying me. Partially ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

☺Sin ninguna duda el personal, es excepcional, siempre amables y con una sonrisa siempre. La camas son muy confortables y la habitación de arriba con su propio baño y con la terraza y la piscina es genial. Hay otra habitación con dos camas en la planta de abajo con su propio baño y un aseo en el exterior. La piscina es maravillosa y con unas vistas espectaculares. ☹La televisión solo tiene un canal YouTube y es imposible ver nada a causa de la publicidad. No hay opción de TV. La cocina está muy mal equipada.

☺We liked the facilities of the villa where they have provided almost all what we needed. The rooms and the other spaces are spacious. We loved the roof top pool with privacy guaranteed. ☹None.

☺Loved the staff. Loved the breakfast and location. It is kinda in middle on Seminyak and Canguu but away from the noise. I opted for a spa in my room and it was just perfect after my long travel. ☹Can't think of anything besides maybe the water heating in the bathroom but that also was workable

The massage was done in the rooms and we even had express laundry service. ☹The aircon in upstairs bedroom wasn't working that well and the bathroom was steaming hot. There was water leaking at front door possibly from the aircon or pool. Central location but it was hard to find grab so we had to walk down to other streets to get alternative transport. Breakfast was usually late and I had to message front desk who came about an hour later than advised.

Pleasant and peaceful place ☺We had a pleasant stay in this villa. The villa looks new and located at the outskirt of seminyak. And there's a mart located right at the entrance of this villa which is very convenience for us. There's also a spa right in front of the villa where i did my hair braids done. And there's also eateries and cafes within walking distance. The check in process was smooth and their staff is lovely. We upgraded our breakfast to floating breakfast and it was so worth it. The food tasted great and the basket is beautifully done using fresh flowers. Water pressure is great. They have complete kitchen utensils. You can enjoy a lush green view while swimming in their infinity pool. The bed is super comfy and we had a good night sleep. Everything is working in this villa. Also my toddler enjoy it so much. We will definitely chose The Wina Villa Seminyak again for our next visit. ☹Nothing
