They Represented me in a very tricky DUI case which should have been thrown out as a bad stop at the first hearing but was forwarded to a jury trial due to a change of judge at the last minute .
I was very nervous about the whole jury trial process , but David put me at ease and guided me through jury selection and a 4 hour trial that Ultimately resulted in a not guilty verdict .
Davids command of the courtroom and the legal process is top notch .
His years in the legal field are very evident and will result in a favorable outcome to your case .

I have wanted to write this review for so long and now that my case is settled… I finally feel like I can do it.
The TLDR version… they’re the best in the area and it’s not even close. If you need an attorney and can hire them - do it. Ask for Samantha Lambert and trust her. It is the best decision you will ever make and these are generally not times to roll the dice.
I’d always heard great things about David Webster. To be fair, he is probably one of the most desired attorneys in the area. I have no doubt he’s great, but this isn’t the whole story. There is another attorney working out of Mr. Webster’s office that’s just unbelievably talented. Her name is Samantha Lambert.
Samantha is likely the most effective attorney I’ve ever worked with or spoken to. Unfortunately, I’ve had to hire a lot of different attorneys over the years… and no one comes even close. She’s in another league. She’s brilliant, patient, detailed, and most importantly… she is prepared. She thinks ahead in the way only someone who has prepared can do.
My case was weird; messy. It was over 15-years old, but it was a serious case. Everything was stacked against me and she carefully navigated it all like a professional. She got me a bond in the most unlikely bond scenario; then she got to work on my case (she won) and today I am free.
Try to trust me when I tell you that she is very likely the best criminal defense attorney you’re going to meet. It’s an absolute pleasure talking with her, too. She is empathetic in a way that’s not ridiculous: she’s not going to beat around the bush or dote on you… but she is going to actually hear what you’re saying. She is going to remember it; she’s going to figure it into the case or how she handles the case.
To be totally frank, I couldn’t put into words how I feel about her if I was paid to. She is just an amazing woman; an awesome person and an absolute rock star attorney. I could spend days going on and on about her.
You are lucky if she is able to take the case. It’s that simple. Trust her. Give her room. Let her work. You’re in good hands.

Greatful for their hard work representing my family, great pre-trial work on first case. Wasnt impressed with the second case which went to trial, as zero evidence was introduced for defense, dispite my objections they insisted its best. It wasnt. They could have used multiple threads of evidence from the pictures taken (severe bruising from head to toe while going through booking). Or obtained and used the footage from camera's in the detention faciliy of processing, or even use the arresting officers recorded conversation which Webster was made aware of but insisted its not in the best intrest of the case. When it was all said and done i was left wondering which side it was best for, because as i said zero evidence, made it easy for the prosecution.
In summery great pretrial first case, horrible court performance, on the one that went to trial. Insist on Mr Websters presence if going to trial, stick to your gut concerning evidence, and know they're rather expensive.

I am giving these five stars to Samantha Lambert, our absolute savior in a very complicated criminal case. I would recommend any and everyone who needs legal defense to call David Webster’s office and ask for Ms. Lambert. From the very start, she made us feel reassured in our decision to switch firms from Corey Cohen (who was absolutely awful - money hungry, no urgency or care) to Webster Law. She did this by being personable, making us comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation, and caring for our family like it was her own. She dedicated so much time and research to helping us get the best possible outcome in a complicated case. A guilty verdict with no prison/jail time although the scoresheet called for about 36 months or so. Which is very rare and it gave our family the opportunity to be together. She found case law that Judge’s in Seminole County, as well as the State Prosecutors, were not aware of that helped our defense immensely. She got my partner out on bond in an absconding from probation case. All unheard of! Ms. Lambert was always responsive and took her time to explain and discuss every detail with our entire family. We owe everything to her and her passion for her clients. We can call her a friend and even family at this point.

Maybe good at other law. Didnt see that with this criminal case. It was gonna a challenge but....$50,000 for taking the case and $27,000 for trial with just a 1/3 of the $27,000 returned after being convinced the Trial may not be the best route.
Chewing gum & rocking in his chair at sentencing. Barely spoke to the Judge, his assistant. Sam did his work for him.
( She needs her own practice, having her own legal firm would be successful.)
I don't understand the 4 stars either.
And yes....still got the 10yr sentence.
Hhhmmmm.
Don't believe all the hype. Do ur homework because you will be doing his work for him.
Don't sign anything his request without someone else reading it also. Clarity was a huge issue here.
A lawyer you can trust. I know that's unbelievable, but it's true. Absolutely the best! If he can't help you no one can.
