Absolutely horrendous experience.
No one showed up at 9 as booked. At 9.15. I HAD to CALL them to enquire. I was told the technician isn't feeling well. Then why the hell didn't he have the common decency to call his booked clients, furthermore if he is unwell the company would have been informed so why didn't they call me . The guy on the phone was rude, pushy and unprofessional. Tried to send another guy but he wanted to use my electric and could only come at 5pm, the nerve. Every man I spoke to today from this company all sounded like they were just waking up or hungover its so awful to think this is actually a real service. I have asked for a refund and will be complaining again tomorrow morning. Total disappointment so please stay clear, from mobile valeting anyway. I will be reviewing this experience on every platform I can so people are aware. Pay more elsewhere coz paying cheap means you get cheap, or in this case non existent!
