Absolutely horrendous experience. No one showed up at 9 as booked. At 9.15. I HAD to CALL them to enquire. I was told the technician isn't feeling well. Then why the hell didn't he have the common decency to call his booked clients, furthermore if he is unwell the company would have been informed so why didn't they call me . The guy on the phone was rude, pushy and unprofessional. Tried to send another guy but he wanted to use my electric and could only come at 5pm, the nerve. Every man I spoke to today from this company all sounded like they were just waking up or hungover its so awful to think this is actually a real service. I have asked for a refund and will be complaining again tomorrow morning. Total disappointment so please stay clear, from mobile valeting anyway. I will be reviewing this experience on every platform I can so people are aware. Pay more elsewhere coz paying cheap means you get cheap, or in this case non existent!

Was a pleasure using this companies service. Daniel who came to do the Platinum Valet on the car did a cracking job. After unforseen personal circumstances and the car interior being covered in mold he removed it no problem leaving it looking and smelling great. Daniel was a great and pleasant person to talk to aswell. Despite living in the Liverpool/Wirral area came down and them being based in Manchester. Service with a smile. Thoroughly recommended.
