I have got our various dyson items including vacums and vacum parts repaired and they did a really good job and very quick at a reasonable price. Justin who was there, was very helpful and really did a great job with service and customer service. Infact we ended up buying other items from them. They also clean the dyson parts such as the ends really well. We have several dogs and also have house renovations going on. And the vacuums we had were in absolute bits and battered. They sorted it all.

Great Service The trigger on my Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum had broken. I sent it to the Vacuum Wizard; Justin replaced the trigger mechanism and returned the unit. The repair looks solid, and probably more robust than the original mechanism.

Amazing level of service, as I brought 3 Dyson vacuums to be repaired. Justin managed to fix 2 but one was too out of date. But no fuss, no drama just good old fashioned customer service and way cheaper than a new one or getting it fixed through Dyson. So result all round

This service was really good - I sent my Dyson hairdryer in the post and they fixed it and sent it back to me. I had some issues with Dyson because they needed the serial number but the vacuum wizard fixed it no issue and was cheaper than Dyson would have been.

Perfect service solution to a faulty Dyson hairdryer The missus is very happy, especially since Dyson had a look first at repairing her hairdryer, allegedly on Easter Sunday and declared it irreparable, due to a lack of parts. However, they kindly offered to sell her a new one at 80% of list price. Bu99ers!  There was a pretty quick turn around from these guys and the diagnostic strip down identified that it was internally clogged. A clean up and service was all included in the diagnostic. Top service. All working perfectly again now.

This business is fantastic for fixing problems with Dyson products. I've used them twice, when my cordless vacuum cut out, which was down to me. The second time my vacuum didn't hold power on maximum. Justin diagnosis was spot on. Justin fixed it within a day.Very friendly service. Only draw back is finding the location, a satnav definitely helps and mind the narrow roads.😃😃😃
