Amazing level of service, as I brought 3 Dyson vacuums to be repaired. Justin managed to fix 2 but one was too out of date.
But no fuss, no drama just good old fashioned customer service and way cheaper than a new one or getting it fixed through Dyson.
So result all round
Perfect service solution to a faulty Dyson hairdryer
The missus is very happy, especially since Dyson had a look first at repairing her hairdryer, allegedly on Easter Sunday and declared it irreparable, due to a lack of parts. However, they kindly offered to sell her a new one at 80% of list price. Bu99ers!Â
There was a pretty quick turn around from these guys and the diagnostic strip down identified that it was internally clogged. A clean up and service was all included in the diagnostic. Top service. All working perfectly again now.
This business is fantastic for fixing problems with Dyson products. I've used them twice, when my cordless vacuum cut out, which was down to me. The second time my vacuum didn't hold power on maximum. Justin diagnosis was spot on. Justin fixed it within a day.Very friendly service. Only draw back is finding the location, a satnav definitely helps and mind the narrow roads.😃😃😃
After struggling with my dyson for some time I decided to find somewhere to service and clean my model. After a few recommendations for The Vacuum Wizard I gave them a go. Friendly service and my machine was ready and as good as new the next day. Thank you very much!

The Vacuum Wizard company were excellent. Repaired my Dyson V10 trigger switch and sent replacement filter. They enquired about replacing a snapped piece on the handle and sorted that as well. Would definitely use their service again and highly recommend.
