It was a pleasure speaking with you while trying to resolve this matter, and we are so disappointed that it has come to this. You should never have been shown items as available when they were not, and we sincerely apologise that you only discovered this after having to chase up the order yourself.

“Amazing place. Plenty of fresh plants and flowers. Massive variety and cheap. Staff were extremely helpful and kind.”
We do carry plants across a very wide range of prices and sizes. Alongside affordable everyday plants, we also stock rare and mature feature specimens, including a 15-year-old cloud-pruned camellia priced at $1,499 and a 24” Weeping Green Atlantic Cedar in a 24” pot priced at $1,699 — one of the very few available in Victoria. These specialty plants reflect many years of care, shaping, and growing. At the same time, we work hard to provide value for all customers with daily specials across the store, as well as free plant giveaways with qualifying purchases, including Japanese Maples, Weeping Cherries, Gardenias, and Forest Pansies, just to name a few. We are confident this is something not many other nurseries are offering, and it is also one of the reasons why we are so busy. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
