Very helpful service. I have been using Three Cousins for years now. They are prompt and available for questions and concerns when needed. The do a great job at the open/close, weekly cleanings as well as maintenance repair and installs. When something is going on with the pool I text them with questions and photos and can get an answer quickly.

We were having a safety cover installed on our pool and our go to pool closing company couldn't winterize the pool before the cover was installed, which obviously will not work. Three Cousins was recommended to us and I made the call. I explained the situation and they went above and beyond to get the job done prior to the safety cover being installed. The technicians were on time, neat, efficient and even cleaned the DE out of the filter. The company that we used prior never did that. I will be using their services again for future openings and closings.

Just started with Three Cousins. They closed our in ground pool. We are looking forward to working with them in the spring…they will be ordering and installing a new vinyl liner and pool cover for us. They are very timely in responding to phone calls and texts. Friendly front office! I was drawn to them since their reviews were so positive. We hope to have a long relationship with Three Cousins!!

I’m a fairly new pool owner and from the ladies in the office to Ed and his crew, everything was explained to me in detail. They do a thorough job and work with care when it comes to the equipment. I would recommend if you need a pool service.

They were very professional. They needed a special tool to disconnect a pipe which they did not have. So since their colleague, who was on another job, had the needed tool, and was not too far away, they went to get it, and came back to finish the job. Very pleasant and efficient as well as reasonably priced.

Three Cousins did a great job all around. They answered my call straight away in a very pleasant and professional way. We had an appointment within 2 days and the 2 young professionals sent did an great job in vacuuming my pool, checking the chemicals, and explaining all they were doing. My pool is sparkling now!
