They provide amazing surprises, no doubt in that. This is the second time I had booked them and I am glad I did that. Birthday engineers are the best in town at surprising and making memories, but apart from that I want to thank them for their ethics and honesty in what they do. I had booked for The Super Date in February but due to personal reasons I had to cancel in the last moment. They cordially agreed to it and also for the refund. I visited them on this Monday to collect my personalized love book n letter. It's been almost 4 months and they still had it safe and also told to initiate the refund. Chaithra, you are the start of BE, the way you handle clients is amazing.

I had requested the Time Travel service from BE - the surprise store for my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary. The process was quite smooth and the event turned out to be amazing. Swathi was amazing in assisting me to help them plan to customize the props and decor. Sharath and team were just amazing in hosting the crowd and the activities were quite thoughtful and we had a lot of fun. Thankful to them for being such a lovely host and helping us create some really meaningful memories which we shall cherish. Loved the entire experience.

Such a beautiful experience , it was not just decorating but they also made interactive activities which was new experience to us . Everything was so perfect and beautiful. If u want to create best memories then I suggest them .
