This has been an amazing journey of discovery. The salt suite is a clean, modern place. The owner Vinny and the staff are very welcoming. Prior to going to the Salt Suite i was having difficulty walking for more than 10 minutes. I initially started with the salt room but I decided to try the pulse electromagnetic mat. After 1 session, my leg felt less achy. As i continued attending these sessions, I am now able to walk for up to 30 minutes without pain. I have shared with many the benefits of either the salt room or the mat. I look forward to obtaining full function of my leg. I am a lifelong client .

This facility is just so amazing! Very relaxing and tranquil! I have sinus and asthma issues and the salt therapy helps me so much! Its worth it to come as often as u can. I dont have to use my inhaler anymore! So thankful for Salt Suites. 👍😊💕

Loved my first experience with The Salt Suite! So relaxing that I fell asleep for part of my session. The experience of being surrounded by salt and having salt particles diffused through the air is so cleansing. I went in there feeling congested and went out breathing easily. Vinny, Robyn and Linda are all lovely and helpful. By the way, I arrived with a book in hand, but they convinced me that it would be better to just lay back, listen to the guided breathing exercises (followed by music) and relax, so I did. So glad I did.

Wonderful experience, I brought my 15 month old son and he loved it! We’ve been congested for like three weeks and remembered that my aunt had recommended this place. The kid room is huge with fun toys. Basically a giant sandbox. I got a membership and everything so we’ll be back four times a month. Linda is very helpful and sweet.

Wow, was I impressed. I've been in salt saunas before and always wondered why you'd want to sit in an unheated salt room. Little did I know tiny particles of salt are dispersed throughout the room as you breathe them in. It was so relaxing! The owner was a delight as he answered all of my questions and booked me same day over the phone. I fell asleep for a while during the 45 minutes session. I requested to be in the longer that had the strongest salt flow. About 15 minutes in, I decided to move chairs and it was easier to breath. I'm glad I had that initial experience though, because it allowed me to experience just how much salt is in the air! My lips were so salty. After the session I had fun shopping in the boutique area. I snagged some wonderful homemade elderberry syrup and a shower steamer. I also checked out the sauna they offer and that would be a nice addition to the session. Overall a very salty experience!

The Salt Suite - Lake Worth is my go to when I'm recovering from any sort of respiratory illness and that happens to me a lot since I have a child in elementary school. The staff are always caring and kind and help to provide a soothing atmosphere in which to heal.

This experience was so lovely. From beginning to end. The atmosphere is soothing and clean. You can taste the salt and feel it working right away. I went in for lung and sinus issues. I felt immediate relief. I was able to sleep like a baby that night. I’ll definitely be back and I’m a big fan of salt therapy now. I tell everyone about it.
