I am a returning Agent to RedX and they seem to have a system all in one place and as you know as Realtors we always want streamline and efficiency with the ultimate outcome being LISTINGS! So I am happy to say that I haven't been so excited for a while at the thought of finishing the year out strong. They also have such a well trained support team that was so positive and patient with me that walked me through their system.

Fraudulent Company Buyer beware. This company shares outdated, blocked, disconnected phone numbers. Many are on the DNC. When I asked for a refund, they made up a bunch of dishonest excuses and refused to refund my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file legal charges against them as well if they persists in fraudulently doing business.

Lacks Customer Service I would not use REDX. They give out numbers that don't work or are outdated. Many address don't have phone numbers. And the email subscription is just not worth it. Not many property owners have their email address on their list. They also lost a large number of notes I had on clients and were unable to retrieve most of them. They make you pay by credit card and by doing that you are charged again when your subscription runs out. I called to challenge this and they pretty much said "too paid" you are paying up. Look around there are better companies out there.

Very dissatisfied with this service. I've filed a BBB complaint. Majority of the leads are either relisted or all phone numbers are DNC. I specified my counties/areas and they gave me leads from everywhere in the state! I have had to sort through this mess myself and then do tons of research only to find out that a lead is already working with an agent or in an area of the state, hours away, that I don't even service. Run far away from this company. I was warned by an agent at my brokerage after I purchased; wish I had spoken with her before purchasing.

False Advertising Redx advertised that they provide accurate contact information for Expired and Pre-foreclosure leads. The contact information I received for leads was inaccurate. I called over 50 numbers and they were either a wrong number or disconnected. I received leads with all phone numbers marked as DNC and no email address. Redx advertised that they scrub the MLS to provide me with leads that are not active and on the market. I received leads whose property was actively listed on the market and that were already working with an agent. This is not the service that was advertised and it is not the service that the sales person that I spoke with over the phone told me that I would receive. Not good service at all.

The ellusive MLS Specialist & the RedX Customer Service Nightmare! Beware: RedX Customer Service Nightmare! As a RedX subscriber since November, I've endured over 15 frustrating customer service calls, each promising resolution but delivering nothing. Despite repeated assurances that the "MLS Specialist" was on the case, my issues persist, neglected since November. Not once has there been proactive outreach or effort to engage with my local MLS department. Requests to speak with this elusive specialist have gone unanswered, leaving me stranded in a cycle of broken promises and wasted time. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of RedX. Their empty promises and lackluster support are a disservice to hardworking real estate professionals. Also, Avoid the hours wasted watching ineffective cold-calling tutorials – they're more interested in chatting with a facade, videos designed to showcase the success of privileged realtors while duping others into paying for coaching through their Youtube channels. It's time to demand better from RedX or find a service provider that values your time and business.

Billing Issue & Poor customer servide I've been using RedX for about 5 years and I'm totally disappointed in the sales rep, the service and response I received from their billing department. I was lied to by the sales rep to get me to sign up and within 3 hours of signing up, I reached out to modify my account and the sale rep told me that there was nothing he could do. I called billing and I was told that there are no managers available to speak to and that they were not able to get anyone to help me address my concern. I will be filing a complaint with the department of Consumer Protection as I was taken advantage of just so the sales rep can make a commission.
