Highly pleased with Therapycare physical therapy service I’ve received. Big space and I like that fact they have lot of workout equipments, the last PT I went didn’t even have half of it. I absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing and are so focused on you no matter how busy it is. The place is always clean and welcoming. Ive been to another PT and it was awful. Very crowded in a confined space with no social distancing in the midst of covid! But This place is the complete opposite. I love it here and I refuse to go anywhere else. Nidhi is my PT and she is an angel. She helps my body feel so much better and and tries every way to decrease my pain. Very understanding and compassionate. And we sit there and talk the whole hour I’m there nothing but great conversation! You can call her anytime you need anything and she will get back to you no matter the time of day! Ive moved recently but I’ll travel to make sure I get the best care from the best doctors. PLEASE go here you won’t regret it!Thank you guys so much. Love you all!
After doing a google search for a Physical Therapy facility, I came upon TherapyCare Physical Therapy. I saw that they had facilities in Pleasantville, Yonkers and Bronx, NY. I needed physical therapy after having had rotator cuff surgery. I was quite nervous about going but after reading many positive reviews, I decided to give them a try at the Pleasantville location close to my house. My experience with each of the physical therapists there has been just amazing. They took the time to get to know me and address all of my needs. Their professionalism is “top notch”! Dr. Kart, Dr. Nidhi Shah, Andrea, Mansi, and their Physical Therapy Assistants Michael and Nick have made my time there a great success in healing and getting back the range of motion in my shoulder and arm. I highly recommend TherapyCare Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy of any kind and for any reason. You will not be disappointed in the work ethic and dedication this Physical Therapy team has for its patients. TherapyCare Physical Therapy is by far the absolute best physical therapy practice around!

With just 1 month of therapy and guidance under the staff, my shoulder impingement + rotator cuff tendonosis has already improved.
Kart was able to determine that my back posture needed improvement and my coworkers and boxing classmates noticed an improvement in my shoulders/back. Dr. Shah was also super helpful on helping explain and educate me on the structure/anatomy of the shoulder and what to watch out for / keep in mind going forward.
Michael is also a super helpful assistant as someone with martial arts/jujitsu background and was able to suggest a couple of tips to help recover from related injuries.
11/10 would recommend Dr. Karthigayan's practice to others looking for physical rehabilitation and bulletproofing against further injury!!

Did therapy for distal bicep tear, labrum tear and rotator cuff. All different times, fully recovered after completing my treatment for each injury. By far the best therapist around, I still do treatment from time to time to prevent future injuries. Kart is very RELIABLE! Highly recommended!
I have had issues with my lower back. After a consult with my Orthopedic Back doctor I felt my best approach was Physical Therapy. My Gym has a Physical Therapist available. After meeting with Kart and Andy I gave it a shot. Within weeks of direct and detailed therapy my back has been doing very well.
Well not to be outdone my right hand developed Dequervons Syndrome, similar to Carpool Tunnel Syndrome.
Well short story long, Kart and Andy know their kraft very well and at their direction progress is inevitable. They are a great group of professionals, great people, and great results was had. I would recommend Kart wholeheartedly.
