Do yourself a favour! Like many others, I also have been deeply skeptical about using artificial plants, however my mind has been completely changed. I now live in a dark house with two cats who enjoy chewing on live plants, so have turned to The Plants Project to solve my greenery problems...I have purchased many plants over the last couple of years and they are fantastic, and honestly, I am not sure I would go back to the real deal. Yes, they are likely more expensive than what you may see around, but honestly, you get what you pay for. Definitely well worth the investment in these pieces. Love that it is a small local business, and that is reflected in their personalized support, recommendations and follow up. Two (non green) thumbs up :)

I bought a great Fake Orchid for my elderly Mum in Aged care and she loves it . I also bought a faux Kangaroo Paw plant which you can see in 2 pictures: 1. with the old faux plant that I was replacing and 2. on its own ….. as you can see the older faded plant has a “ black fake soil” top and the New one is White ! So I emailed the Plants Project to give some feedback and suggest they revert to the Black colour as per my old plant ( said very nicely and I didn’t complain or whinge ) and “Emily” from Customer service suggested in her reply that I buy “ some mulch , or stones or soil” to place over the top ! What a ridiculous reply or suggestion that I now, should go out and buy a bag of soil or bag of stones or mulch to place on the top of a ( very nicely ) Faux plant . I live in an apartment and cant just go and dig soil from my backyard , plus would not want to put it on a Faux plant or pay more $ to make it look more realistic - thats “ The Plants Projects “ job . Anyway, the point was to suggest to them they might want to revert to the Original “ black” top to the plant for other Customers and that was the reply I received 🤬. I would rate the Products I’ve bought 5 Star 🌟 ( bar the white top that makes the plant look REALLY FAKE ) and Customer Service reply a 2 Star at best ( polite but stupid ) , therefore overall 3 stars .

The plants were really good quality. It’s a pity the service was so bad we decided not to buy from the Plants Project. The staff member seemed to find it a burden to provide us with any information at our appointment and wandered off to work on his computer while we were still talking to him. We bought elsewhere.
