Unexpectedly very good barber and barber shop
I went to the Plain Barber Shop because my son recommended it to me. What a great decision.
The wait was not long although I was second in line: the shop is full of details and there is so a great ambiance that you could be in a nice café or a cool small resto. All customers seemed at home while in the barber chair. And their results were amazing: the guy before even looked like a renewed person; the sense of satisfaction on his eyes was notable.
The barber is very polite and professional. I really had a messy hair, but he found the way to make the right cut to make me look smart, clean and ready to succeed.
For the quality of the cut, he could bill a lot more, but he rather be fair with their customers for just 16£.
I will be back again.

A no brainer!!
I'm a regular of The Plain and I will never stop saying that is the best barber shop in Oxford and one of the best I've ever been in my life. Friendly and fast service but still very professional and perfectionist.

A great experience here with friendly and professional staff. My brothers and I come here and always enjoy our time - even if it’s just waiting for our turn. We always enter, excited for the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff, and always exit with an amazing haircut! The Plain is, in my opinion, the best barber shop in Oxford!
