Sarah Strauss has a $403.09 Invoice due for Candy & Snacks from Easter for items delivered . Sarah has not paid the bill, has been ignoring our phone calls , texts , and emails for months . Once the invoice is paid this review of Sarah’s lack of professionalism will be removed . Her reasoning for not paying the bill was “it was delivered late “ instead of returning the candy , she did a chargeback and kept the candy .

Thanks for your review. I'm sure anyone reading this is aware you cannot in fact place an online order without making payment, so these items were paid for. When the items didn't come as expected and you refused return I involved my credit card agency and they also seen the legitimacy in my claim and reversed the charge. They were so awesome working with us getting a mortgage. They were definitely on the ball with things and patience working with us. What was ironic was that they got a lone with the bank that we deal with that the same bank turned us down.

If you are a first time homeowner, avoid working with Sarah. She was difficult to get information from and was slow to respond. The one meeting we did have was very rushed by her and made us feel like an inconvenience.

Never have I felt so ghosted whilst trying to communicate with Sarah. I also felt the communication was happening indirect — through my real estate agent, who’d then communicate information to me. Although I may not be as familiar with the whole process, I should feel like I can be shared vital information regarding our documents needed, or the current progress with the approval directly from the broker themselves. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

So sorry you feel this way Chris. Possibly the communication was going to your junk mail. Several updates (and voicemail messages) were sent and we were waiting to hear back from you on your progress on what we needed. It was your realtor who finally communicated to us that you had passed on the deal and were not purchasing anymore. I truly hope your experience is better at the next place.
