Hey guys Don't waste your money and Time I had ordered pixel 4a From Them they sent me defective Product after I contacted them they replaced the device which took more than Two months All through I said to them I want all original product I Paid 10300 for the phone and sim ejecting pin and the replaced phone having all fake parts the display not orginal and Heavy battery issues and charging issues. Including Back panel is Also Fake. I contacted them again they are saying like Sir we checked and Everything is fine and they are saying the battery issues is from software problem it shows like that there but no problem. But In reality that is a major problem.Having The major problem in the phone then why they said Sir Everything is Fine. when they said this I immediately I cut the call so I don't to waste my time To Talking with Useless people. This is 100% Fraud. I Given 1 star because there is no zero star. But Anyway they will defend themselves but they know the actually what happened but they can't say public what is Reality. Never Buy From Them. The Reality is there are 100% fraud. Never Buy from Them. Edited (After the Response) 🔥 My Brutal Reply to The Phone Hub 🔥 You gave your sugar-coated excuses. Here’s the raw truth no politeness, just facts for public transparency. 1.“Like New”? Don’t Make Me Laugh First Pixel 4a had a huge scratch and a dead SIM slot. That’s not “Like New” — that’s fraud. I waited patiently for the first phone — big mistake. Opened the box: a huge scratch screaming at me before I even powered it on. SIM slot? Dead. Meaning it was never a phone, just a prop. Selling that as “Like New” isn’t misleading — it’s straight-up fraud. 2. 7-Day Policy? Weak Excuse I reported it immediately Policies don’t excuse selling defective junk. The “Opened Late” Excuse Won’t Save You Yes, I opened it later than usual. But damage straight out of the box is your problem, not mine. Scratches and dead hardware don’t magically appear because I waited a few days. This wasn’t an accident — it was pre-packaged garbage. 3. Two Months = Zero Responsibility 60+ days to replace a bad device. That’s holding my money hostage, not customer service. Over 60 days to replace something you knew was defective from day one. That’s not “processing time” — that’s holding my money hostage while you stall. No serious business would take this long unless they simply doing a "scam" 4. Replacement = More Garbage Your 7-Day Policy is a Joke Fake display, fake back panel, battery issues. You swapped one broken phone for another. Policies are supposed to protect customers and sellers. You use yours as a shield to hide behind when you get caught. A broken device out of the box is not a “policy” issue — it’s a seller ethics issue. 5. “Software Bug” Excuse is Pathetic If you knew, you should inform me before selling. Don’t hide behind Google to dodge blame. “Software Bug” Excuse is a Pathetic Deflection You blamed Google instead of your own poor quality control. If you knew about the bug, you should inform customers before selling. That’s not a bug problem — that’s a dishonest seller problem. 6. Behaviour? Learn Yours First Don’t Ever Lecture Me About Behaviour First fix how you speak to customers. I never threatened you — you just made that up because you had no answers. Respect is earned. You earned zero. If my tone was sharp, it’s because you delivered lies, delays, and defective junk. Learn how to behave with customers. 7. “Goodwill Gesture”? Don't go there Replacing junk you sold isn’t a favor — it’s your job. Doing it two months late proves you don’t have responsibility. 8. Fraud, Start to Finish First Phone: Defective Second Phone: Defective with All Fake Parts Months Wasted Lies In Between Endless excuses. 🚨 Public Warning: Avoid this seller At Any Cost. They sell junk, blame customers, and call late replacements “goodwill.”--Stay Away Conclusion I don't to waste me time by contacting you because I know it's a waste of time and i don't want people like with zero responsibility.

1. Order & Delivery: You ordered a Google Pixel 4a (Like New)—a condition that was not readily available. You agreed to wait, and we delivered it as promised after taking a 20% advance to secure the order.

2. Inspection & Return Policy: Our 7-day return policy was clearly communicated. However, you did not inspect the product for a week. The device had only a minor scratch (hardly visible), which is acceptable for a Like New refurbished unit.

3. Battery Issue: The battery recommendation error is a known software issue affecting all Pixel 4a devices after Google’s update—it’s not a hardware defect or a fault on our end.

4. Replacement Process: Despite the delay (due to sourcing another unit), we replaced your device as a goodwill gesture, even though the original product was genuine.

5. Professional Conduct: While we strive to assist customers, we also expect respectful communication. Your threatening calls and unprofessional behavior made resolution difficult.

We stand by the authenticity of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. If there’s a genuine defect, we’re happy to assist—but false accusations and misleading reviews harm small businesses unfairly.

We’d still be willing to help if you approach us constructively.
