Our project manager nick made the process stress free. Always communicating and always delivering on what he says he is going to do for you. Made it such painless time getting pool built. I’d recommend them to everyone.
Pool perfection met and exceeded our expectations. The first person answering the phone to set an appointment was very polite and professional; then we went into meet with our pool designer, Wes. His custom design was exactly what we wanted and more! He even came out to our job after the project manager took over to take a look at everything. He exceeded our expectations for the pool design. Nick, our project manager really brought everything together, without him I don't believe this complex pool design would have ever broke ground, he is an excellent communicator, and definitely knows what he is doing, he is always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with every step of the project. Shai, the owner was extremely polite and constantly checking in to see if everything was up to our standards. Darren the chem and start up tech was also very polite and informative. This team is hands down the best in town and I would highly recommend pool perfection to anyone looking for a smooth ride while having a new pool put in or a remodel.

From start to finish we trusted the team. Wesley is an incredible designer that listens to your needs. Nick is a great leader/ project supervisor that communicates effectively with my wife and I weekly. We had NO surprises, and made sure that we finished on time and in budget. The accounting staff and permitting communication was flawless. Darren did a great job with pool education Thanks for building the perfect pool.

This is my second experience with pool perfection and it was AMAZING. The first experience was not, however the end product was very nice. So I decided to let Pool Perfections bid a pool at a new house I purchased. The sales person Kevin was great and worked with me to get a great design (The WOW Factor). The implementation part of the project was smooth with ZERO problems. The project manager Nick has the most amazing communication skills and kept me informed on every step of the way. He answered my questions before I even asked. The project was a total success a great experience every step of the way. I would 100% recommend using this company to build my next pool.

Enjoyed the experience with Pool Perfection. From the first call to the many staying in touch with the progress Steve and Chance were pleasant, accommodating and professional.. Chance was the project manager and was always available to answer any questions and provide quick answers. Completely appreciated the professional presence and thoroughness. The pool is gorgeous! More than we initially wanted to spend to resurface, however very pleased that we invested in this product and company so we can be worry free for years to come. Thank you again Pool Perfection. Pool Perfection exceeded our expectations on the project. Everything was either early or on schedule and no surprises. Nick is an excellent Project Manager and communicator. We absolutely love our pool. The process was easy and it was really fun to watch the pool building process. Lots of options to customize and pricing was in line with our expectations. Could not have had a better experience. Steve who was the salesperson was terrific. Nick who handled the installation was stellar. Communication was important to me and Nick was always available to answer my questions. The work done was excellent and the results phenomenal. The pool was completed in 7 weeks as promised. This is my 3rd pool install and the best I have ever had. Pool Perfection deserves more than 5 Stars.

We had a great experience with Pool Perfection. From design to filling the pool, it was just stress free. Everyone was around to answer any questions we had. After seeing other people on the news having holes in their backyard and the pool company not around, Pool Perfection came in way ahead of schedule.
