I suffered with chronic tendonitis for 4 years with no help from physios. I took a risk with the insoles and initially after 4 months, it had helped align my spine but not my ankles. Orthotic Works made slight adjustments to the insoles and its been fantastic ever since. No pain, no hobbling and I can walk 10 miles again. So happy and relieved. Thank you Orthotic Works.

Absolute life changer!! 5 years ago I bought my first set of shoe insoles, I was recommend to try them from a friend who had them. I used to get out of bed in the mornings and cry with pain just trying to walk across the floor. I was so desperate I'd try anything. So even though cost was more than I was expecting, it was worth every penny. It took nearly 3 months before my planter fasciitis was under control and not hurting. I wear my insoles everyday in what ever shoe's or Wellington boots I'm wearing. The orthotic works are a great company, always very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to the whole team for helping me get on with my life. :)

My right foot has a very high instep which had started causing serious problems for me whilst walking longer distances. I happened upon The Orthotic Works stand at The Black Isle Show and, spotting a display showing a foot very similar to my own, I called in to enquire. The team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my problems and offered to computer analyse my gait there and then. I agreed to this and was soon given a pair of orthotics to try for an hour as I walked around the show ground. What a difference! I returned to the stand, bought the orthotics and greatly improved my everyday walking. I wear them in all my footwear every day and can now walk in excess of 15 miles over the hills of Skye with no problems at all. A big thank you to all the Orthotic Works team, from a big fan who wishes he’d found you years ago! I want to add a follow up to the above review and say a further thank you to Orthotic Works Team. Whilst visiting Yorkshire from my home on Skye I called in at York where Carolyn reassessed my feet and made subtle adjustments to my orthotics thereby enabling me to continue hillwalking regularly. She did the computer analysis, showing me and explaining the screenshots as well as observing my gait. Much more in depth and thorough than my other experiences elsewhere. All this follow up and adjustment is part of the service after the initial purchase and I cannot recommend Orthotic Works highly enough. A big thank you again.

I bought my orthotics 3 years ago, because a friend recommended them and they have changed my life. I could not walk my dog or go shopping (my 2 favourite activities) for more then 10 -15 minutes without pain in my feet. This pain was both during and after any walking. This eventually stopped me walking any distance at all. Since wearing my orthotics I now have no pain in my feet and I can walk for hours quite happily. I would not hesitate to recommend The Orthotic Works to anyone who is suffering as I did when walking. The ladies at the Orthotic Works are so friendly and helpful and my orthotics were made for me whilst I waited.

I'm a dog walker and I suffer from arthritis in my knees. Had some orthotics made by this company and within a day they have massively helped me. Very professional and knowledgeable ladies.

Got the orthotics at the ideal home exhibition, have worn them every day, less heel pain and can walk the golf course without much soreness at the end. Overall great improvement, hopefully will solve plantar completely over time. Thanks

I have found The Orthotic Works to be extremely knowledgeable and after just a week of using the orthotics, i have felt a real difference and couldn't recommend them enough.

I bought a pair of orthotics last year at the Ideal home show to help with my arches in my feet and a trapped nerve. They were so good that within a day the pain in both my feet had gone. Would highly recommend them. Worth every penny

After suffering with plantar fasçiiis and other issues for a few years I had my initial consultation, with The Orthotic Works about 15 years ago. I bought my first pair of orthotics that day and have had top class service from Claire and Carolyn ever since. My latest visit was last week when Carolyn gave me a complete check up and adjusted my orthotics as necessary. Thank you for your continued support. I look forward to seeing you again in the future. I bought a pair of orthotics at Badminton 2023, as I was experiencing heel pain in my left foot and hip pain in my right hip. It was so bad that I couldn't walk the whole of the XC course. It took a while to get used to having them in my shoes, but now I don't even know they are there. The after sales service has been superb. A few small issues have been dealt with quickly to minimise the time that I didn't have the orthotics to wear. I thought initially that they were quite pricey - but now I think they are worth every penny and I can't see myself without them now.

Delighted with my care at The Orthotic Works. As well as making a huge improvement to my foot problem, their customer service was great, including having the flex to provide an out-of-hours appointment. Recommended.

Unbelievable! Having suffered with various foot injuries that were causing me real trouble when walking, I came across the Orthotic Works at the Harrogate Show and decided to try a pair of inserts in my shoes. Within a very short period of time, the pain fell to a level where it was no longer a real problem and within a week I felt like a new person. I am now able to enjoy walking again and have feet that are no longer in pain for most of the time. This was the best money ever spent - excellent service, excellent results- and a totally happy customer

Had to use my wife’s account What can I say about these people. Well today I went back as I was having more problems with my feet I normally deal with the mum on the company but today I got the Daughter (sorry not good with names ) well all I can say is I normally don’t like to deal with new people as I’m stuck in my ways ! This lady took me into the new shop and was nice polite and attentive to my needs. She talked about my problem and checked my feet. I need some changes to my insoles and she did all the changes I need. I came to pay and was shocked that it was no charge. I know people think these insoles are expensive at first but you get such help and after care from these guys that it’s worth every penny. Not only that but these guy changed my life and helped me enjoy things again by fitting me for these insoles. 5 star ⭐️ for both lady’s and a fantastic service. I travel over 60mil to see these and will continue to for ever x

i had my first orthotics around 2018-19...they improved .my ability to work ...and go walks ..without pain ..i could not beleave the results ...given that my doctor was getting no where. I . called by at nec show .. oct .2022. .carroline again.listened to my new concerns . made adjustments ..and instantly changed my day ...upto this point ..i needed pain killers to walk any distance ...with foot pain .and both hips .....since this last adjustment ...i have walked miles with no pain in any area ....even .my recent vissit to Rhumatology ..had not picked as to where the 'answer ' ..to my discomfort lay ...many .many thanks to the Orthotic's team ..regards barri bladon

My wife is already a delighted customer - so when I started having problems with my right foot she suggested I went along to The Orthotic Works. I was impressed by the way in which Claire was able to assess my problem and, within about 30 minutes, provide me with a pair of customised orthotics! These have made a significant difference already - I have been wearing them about 2 weeks. I've now ordered a second pair. Thank you!!
