Dr Nidal Baridi, and his staff are incredibly kind and hospitable is fantastic! Great bedside manner, listens to the patient's concerns, very honest. I am very pleased with the natural looking result. Highly recommend! A genuinely caring doctor, Dr. Nidal is passionate about his profession and committed to pleasing his patients. I am so grateful for the awesome work that Dr. Nidal did to my face and lips very natural looking he’s a great injector ,I’m in love with my new look not only that he has also helped with my hair Growth that I’ve been suffering with hair loss for years …I’ve come long way thanks to Dr. Nidal and his wonderful staff.
Just stopped in to check out this place. From the first step into the building I was amazed. The fragrence in the spa was very inviting and the ambience is relaxing. Victoria at the front desk was super sweet and has great customer service. Courtney, one of the esthetically was super knowledgeable. They both clearly loved their job and were so very nice. The spa itself is beautiful and every detail was thought of in the planning of this space. I highly encourage people to check this place out!!!
Honestly I don’t know where to even start, the first time I went into The One Spa it was amazing, I came in to do a diamond glow with Nancy and nothing but positives. As soon as I walked in; smiles and positivity. Check in was simple and easy and plus it was nice to order some expresso on spot. Nancy did a phenomenal job walking me through and giving me a tour of the facility. Her smile and positivity is the best, she makes you feel at home and is genuinely the funniest all the while keeping it professional! The facial was so relaxing!! Nancy honestly gave me some impeccable results and at the end recommended some products without seeming pushy. I TOTALLY recommend you check out this place and if you can request Nancy (Esthetician/Laser Technician) at the spa you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to come back!
Love this place! Was my first time going and had a great experience. The place was beautiful and everyone was very kind, welcoming and professional. I saw Nancy and she was amazing! I got the diamond glow, she explained the procedure, how it helped my skin and answered any questions I had. I felt very relaxed and loved the end result. Highly recommend Nancy and will be back soon!
Just had my first round of Morpheus with esthetician, Nancy Moreno.
When I walked in the door I felt like family. Every one was kind and welcoming...I felt like I had been there dozens of times as opposed to only once before. Obviously the team had done their home work.
Ms. Moreno was warm and prepped for my arrival. She took her time prepping me for the procedure, going thru my medical records and giving me advice for post-treatment (this conversation continued thru out my procedure).
Morpheus is not the most pleasant experience but from what I have been told by friends who had undergone the procedure at various offices it was very manageable. A numbing cream is applied prior to the procedure...Ms. Moreno took the necessary precautions to make sure I was ready to go!
Minimal redness and no swelling when I walked out the door. 48 hours later looking good and ready for an outing and make-up tomorrow afternoon. Already signed up for my second procedure 6 weeks away. And more importantly already seeing improvement in my overall skin appearance. Woohoo!

I really didn't want to leave this place a bad review especially given how nice Melissa is but they left me with no option but sharing my story. I visited One Spa to get a chemical peel done on Saturday, February 5th. When I called to make an appointment I asked if they do PCA peels they said they only do VI peels. I figured why not give it a chance especially since they were giving a first time customer a 25% discount plus they were able to take me in on the same day. I did a little research and read online that VI Peels are more aggressive so my expectations were set HIGH since I've never done a VI Peel before. I needed to get a peel urgently because I did not want to peel on Valentine's weekend. When I went in for my appointment there were no customers which was already alarming. I let it go because the place was so gorgeous and clean. I also loved how warm and hospitable Melissa was. Melissa answered my questions to the best of her ability but when it came to the peel she kept referencing the brochure which made me feel like she doesn't do peels all the time. She emphasized the importance of the post care kit but when I asked her what the steps are to make sure I fully understood she had to read it a few times and it was still hard to understand. Luckily when I went home I realized the "day" steps are on the top and "night" steps are on the bottom for each day. It honestly felt like this isn't something she does all the time. Maybe her expertise is injectables or lasers? The actual process of the peel took 10 mins. I'm used to my estheticians doing a little more, at least they put some vitamin c/retinol cream or serum at the end. First of all I barely peeled, I'm on Day 5 and do not feel like I got a peel. Online it says sometimes patients won't peel but I find it hard to believe because I usually peel EVERY time I get a peel done, even with the lighter ones. Yesterday I got a call and email from Brittany. I briefly shared my experience with her and she told me I should've downloaded the app (which no one told me about). She heard me out and promised she would check in the next day because she wants to track my progress. Did she call or email today? Never heard from her again. However, the lack of peeling became less concerning when I started to feel a sharp burn on the side of my mouth. Every time I would open my mouth and eat it was painful. The cut on the side of the mouth was not only painful but looked really gross and inflamed. I have never had anything like this on my mouth and I had a strong feeling it was due to the peel being done super close to my mouth area.
Update on 2/14 - Sal checked in with me via email (never shared his title or role). He apologized for what happened to me. Initially I was relieved and thought after sharing my traumatic experience and how the esthetician's negligence led to ruining my Valentine's Day and canceling a video shoot I had for work he would honor a refund. However, all the empathy stopped as soon as I requested a refund. He denied it and strong armed me into coming back in to do a "skin analysis." I told him that's not what I want right now, I need to seek medical attention for this cut and I will let no one at One Spa near my face ever again. He told me it's their policy and I should know better since I signed waivers.
Update 2/19: I went to a REAL dermatologist where they diagnosed the problem properly and told me that this cut is inflamed and infected. I am now on antibiotics for 7 days and using a topical cream. The first question the dermatologist asked me when I saw her was, "When they did the peel that close to your mouth at One Spa did they put any vaseline around your lips?" I said no. That's when I knew everything I shared about my experience was validated.
The best part? When I told One Spa I studied Marketing and I will share my story through word of mouth they told me I'm threatening them.
For those reading this review, do you really want to go to a spa that treats their customers like this?
AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE is the only way to describe your experience at the One Spa. Dr. Elbaridi and his staff are super attentive and make you feel "at home" from the minute you walk in to the moment you leave (kudos Veronika!). Love the design, ambiance and little details from the beautiful foliage to the advance touches of modern technology. My PRP procedure was seamless and guys, if you're considering PRP in the city, look no further than the One Spa... Dr. E is awesome!

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with beautiful and welcoming smiles that makes you feel at ease. The aroma floating around relaxes you and takes your anxiety and stress away. The girls really do make you feel comfortable by offering you beverages and helping by putting your things away. Service & customer service is at best. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lip filler or Botox. Thank you The One Spa❤️❤️🤍!!

Nothing, but great things to say about this spa and Dr. E. The atmosphere is luxurious, clean, relaxing, and FABULOUS! They have super modern technology that I have not seen at other spas to maximize a skin improvement journey. They use this photo machine that zooms in on your skin and compares you to 100 people your age and concludes areas for improvement such as wrinkles, sun damage, texture, etc, or areas that your skin is winning in. I love this component of their spa, because the treatments they recommend, MAKE SENSE.

The spa is beautiful and very clean. Great professionalism and I highly recommend Brittany as she is amazing at what she does and will talk you through every step of any treatment you decide on. I have now had several services done with the one spa Chicago.
My first experience was with Brittany I received a diamond glow facial, The entire process was phenomenal and very thorough. Before we began the facial she really took her time to get to know my skin and find out what products would work best for me. I’m now 6 weeks post facial and while using the products Brittany recommended my skin has never looked so clear. THANK YOU!!
My second experience was also with Brittany, I received a BBL hero treatment, and forever bare laser treatments. Again Brittany was very thorough and very attentive to what I was trying to achieve with my skin.
I absolutely love the look and feel of walking into The one spa. They treat you like a family, it’s such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, it’s something everyone should experience!

Beautiful location and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. I got a facial and Botox. Sara did an amazing job she’s very friendly and professional my fave feels amazing & Dr E did a great job with my Botox it was very painless! I feel fabulous I can’t wait to come back 🥰

Beautiful brand new spa. The ladies in there are beyond sweet and make you feel like you are being pampered- amazing. I have went back twice already and Nancy is the esthetician who has done my facials both times... obsessed and leaving today I already booked my 3rd facial with her in January. If there was a higher rating than 5, The One Spa is for sure a place that deserves it!!! Love it there!

I had the pleasure of working with Sara and she was amazing! It was my first time at a med spa, so I had a billion questions, and she was very patient with me and knowledgeable about all of their services. I ended up doing a peel and I loved it.
