Dr Mann and the staff at Om are fantastic. They ask questions, listen, and educate you on how you can make small changes that will add up to less pain and more mobility in your life. I like their whole body approach and how the center offers not just chiropractic care, but care via complimentary services and offerings. I look forward to my appointments and I’m seeing improvements day by day. This isn’t the old style adjust-and-leave chiropractic care, but a thorough advanced approach to wellness. Brava!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr Hervey is extremely knowledgeable and personable. And what stands out most of all is that he truly cares for his patients. I never had been to a chiropractor before, and was very pleasantly surprised. I had no idea what to expect -- but under Dr Hervey's guidance, I have made incredible progress. He really knows what he is doing. The entire team is excellent as well. Speaking as a retired health care provider, I can honestly say that if you are considering chiropractic treatment but are having some doubts, you can put them aside... go see Dr H and his team!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I started going to the OM center in Ashburn this week on the recommendation of my friend and former nurse coworker whose opinion I have the upmost trust in. From the minute I stepped into the office I felt welcomed. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I have heard from others and from online reviews that all three chiropractors are wonderful. My first 2 visits have been with Dr. Mann and she was amazing. She is professional, kind and down to earth. She explained everything, and to be honest, she was more informative than any PCP or specialist I have seen. Not once did I feel rushed and I have never felt as cared for by a doctor as Dr. Mann. After my first visit I left with hope of returning to my once active life. Today after my adjustment I was amazed at my improved range of motion. I was looking for holistic care and I definitely found it at the OM Center.

For 6 years since my last delivery I've been working around my sciatic pain, multiple locations of weeks of physical therapy, spine doctors, imaging, etc did not help. I did not do most things i wanted to due to the fear of making my pain worse. never thought of going to a chiropractic but a few peoples personal experiences convinced me to tey. In 3 sessions, they turned my life around. I'm not exaggerating. Every single one of them are just amazing and truly good people. Lot of love for this place. I can't wait to bring my friends and family to help them.

I worked in the PT and Chiro field for over 15 years beginning in 2001. Prior to, I was in the medical and wellness field for almost 20 years. Now that I have retired I want to continue certain therapies, exercises, and treatments for over all good health and well being, that I’m unable to do on my own. We all need alignments, and on the regular., in addition to other modalities.
I chose the OM Center for many reasons. All of the doctors are great! Experienced, highly educated with continued education, PROFESSIONAL, great attitudes with sincere empathy for any and all situations. Their goal is SINCERE in getting you better and back to your active and healthy state of being. They are not your typical therapy mill, bringing in so many patients that they are unable to spend the required time with you. I love them all!! The staff is AMAZING, very cohesive, working as a unit. With 2 locations, one in Ashburn and one in Leesburg, the doctors and therapists rotate through the 2, which is great for convenience and flexibility. It is absolutely one the best managed office(s) I’ve ever been to in the DC, Northern VA area. Warm and inviting atmosphere with great hours. Plenty of parking.
And scheduling is a breeze. If you’re looking for Loudoun’s BEST, The OM Center is it. I am in better health physically and mentally, and I owe it all to The OM Center!
