Disappointing! I went in for my first appointment and was told that they required a credit card to be placed on file with their office. When I told them I wasn't comfortable with that and I was going to pay with a check, they told me it was their policy. I don't know what their security measures are, and having had issues with fraud before, I declined leaving my cc on file, which I found out was a deal breaker.

She is very knowledgeable, and was very interested to hear what I had to say and to learn about what has transpired thus far with the doctors I’ve been to. She’s got me on a new path, and I am hopeful that things will soon be better.

The clinic is so clean and welcoming. Very welcoming and aesthetic. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and helpful although it felt like she was in a rush. The only other thing is that you have to pay for parking in the complex. Otherwise great!

Dr. Reinstadler spent a solid amount of time with us at our appointment. She walked us through the four different treatment options we had for my daughter’s skin condition and included the pros and cons of each choice. The office staff was friendly. The office was clean. I am changing my dermatologist so that I can see Dr. Reinstadler now, too.
