This is a really great store. We have purchased pillows, mattresses and covers over the years that have all lasted very well. We purchased a Green Sleep system over 10 years ago that is still going strong. Andy is always kind and helpful and it's so much better purchasing a mattress after trying it in person vs online!
This place is an absolute joke!
Save your time.
The owner isn’t there and nice salesperson who knows nothing is trying her best to help. They have next to no stock but will order for you.
Lots of excuses about a new owner having bought the pet store and the organic mattress store upstairs and still is overwhelmed!

This is a disgrace. I came in here looking for natural bedding and not only is there no one to ask questions, it’s just confusing. My hope was to look at alternate bedding options and their selection was random and not intuitive. Since there’s no one there to ask questions how am I supposed to know what they have and what I can buy? There are some things out but my take on this “show room” is that it’s half assed and you better save your time to go elsewhere. I just wasted my time for what? A disorganized showroom with no one to help me and answer my questions? Exactly. Go elsewhere. Apparently there’s been new ownership that’s taken over and the reviews that you’re seeing are out dated. There were no lights on when we got there. Nothing was priced and there no to very little information about what was there. Completely useless use of time.

Impressive! This store truly stands out. The upstairs atmosphere adds to its allure, creating a sense of exclusivity.
And then there’s the Green Sleep mattress. Undeniably, it’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on.
So, kudos to this store for introducing me to such a delightful sleep experience.
If I could give a million stars I would! After two failed attempts of purchasing a new king size bed (Casper, which did not fully expand and was defective, and DreamCloud which was the most uncomfortable bed) it was truly a blessing to discover The Natural Sleep Store. I did hours of research into the best kinds of organic beds to purchase, and my search led me here. We chose the Bella Serra bed and it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. There’s no chemicals, toxic fire retardants or any nasty stuff of any kind. We continued with an organic wool duvet, an organic cotton blanket and pillow because once you go organic you can never go back. We breathe better and sleep better at night. Customer service is also fantastic! Andy personally delivered our new bed and assembled it for us. If you’re in the market for a new bed, save yourself time and come straight here!

Was not informed of their no return policy when talking to salesperson who was only working that weekend when I called. I bought a product that I was already familiar with but it ended up being the wrong thing. They promised it was the same and it wasn't. This was an internet deal mind you so wouldn't have purchased if i had known merchant was not flexible about return. Anyway, I spoke with Andy and he asked me why I disputed amount with CC. I informed him that his no return policy did not show up on internet. So he changed his website to reflect policy after the fact. I still returned product and got my money back. But will never buy another product based on their deception and willingness to overlook customer care to make a quick buck.

I bought a nomad bed frame a couple months ago; it i a solid frame and easy to assemble. Before buying the frame online, i contacted the store numerous times with questions and all the staff at the store were friendly and helpful! Andy in particular was very patient and helpful in helping me design the frame to the specs i wanted; he also had a very helpful video on their website on the assembly of the frame! Thanks, Allen.

YES, YOU CAN BUY A MATTRESS DURING THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.
So I moved into a new house and badly needed a mattress, just as the whole virus thing happened. You can't, like, go to a store and lay down and mattresses during this thing -- at least not during lockdown, when I happened to need a mattress -- so I decided to try calling Andy to see if he'd be able to coach me through a purchase by phone.
I wouldn't think that "mattress-by-phone" would work, but Andy is freaking brilliant. We spent like an hour on the phone, talking through my wife and my sleep preferences, and he explained how all of the different materials worked, sent me links to a few options, and then helped me make a final decision about how to customize the firmness of the mattress.
Frankly, he nailed it. That's the wizardry of a nice guy who knows how to listen -- and who has been helping people find mattresses for a long, long time.
Yeah, the mattress is awesome and organic, and that's great. We chose one that has three layers of foam, so you can continue to tweak the firmness over time. That's also great. But Andy is the real star here -- he's a great dude, and he knows his stuff.
Having done months of research and feeling overwhelmed, finally finding Andy at The Natural Sleep Store felt like a true blessing. I knew we needed to make the switch to organic dealing with several health issues. When my husband wrecked his motorcycle the pressure was on! Dealing with Andy was not only a huge relief, but it was a pleasure 😊. His kindness and patience with me in our time of total chaos was a true blessing. I can not thank you enough. I looked & looked on line, read article after article! And here, this whole time was the exact mattress I wanted at an affordable price! AMAZING! Thank you, Thank you! Thank you!

I considered buying a natural mattress online and am glad I didn't. The perfect mattress is a highly personal choice and there are a lot of factors that are best experienced in person. At this wonderful store, one can try out a lot of options. Andy is one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered in retail. I chose the Organic Cozy Nest Mattress, and highly recommend it. Moderate price, healthy luxurious materials, super comfort. Andy went out of his way to provide a quick easy convenient delivery. My purchase was before things closed down in March 2020; I don't know how the store is functioning during the shut-down; if they are still delivering, I would trust Andy to help find a product via a phone call.
Purchased our mattress when they had a store in Ft. Collins but LOVE our mattress. It was a bit firm but they were so helpful in getting me a softer layer to substitute in. Made so much difference. This is the best mattress I’ve ever owned. Absolutely love the woolly bolas pillows too.
