Krystle was recommended to us through a friend, but we couldn't be happier that they did. We were buying our first home and it was a nervous first time with lots of information to take on board. We were originally pushed towards using a preferred mortgage lender by our developer. However once we were introduced to Krystle we switched to our own independent with her. She couldn't have been clearer and easier to communicate with and helped simplify all of the confusing bits. She also found us a cheaper rate, after we initially agreed our mortgage which helped save us a little bit extra. Krystle is a great mortgage advisor, she has been helping me for nearly a year since I started looking for a new home. And my dream has finally came true, thanks to her hard work. Krystle is very professional and always at the end of telephone line when you need to ask questions or need some advice. I would 100% recommend her service as you definitely won't be disappointed.

Krystle has been absolutely outstanding for us and our mortgage application. We were told our current landlord was going to sell the house we were living in so we had to move asap. This started a journey to us trying to buy a house and we contacted Krystle to see if this was possible. We spoke on the phone on the Monday and by Friday we had a mortgage in principle, allowing us to search for a place to live. Within two weeks of that, we had our mortgage application accepted completely. This wouldn't of been possible without Krystle going out of her way to talk to lenders about our specific circumstances, which included benefiting from the childcare cost decrease in April 2024 and finding out which lenders would take that into account. Without that, we would of never been able to borrow enough to buy. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Krystle arranged our remortage this week and I couldn't have asked for a better service – prompt replies, huge knowledge, great answers to all my (many!) questions. Krystle completely took any stress out of the process and explained all the details of the various mortgage options really clearly. The whole process took far less time than I had anticipated, both in terms of speed of getting the mortgage approved and in place, but also that it took very little time and input from us as Krystle’s way of working is so efficient.
