Krystle was the wealth of knowledge and made me feel completely at ease when I didn't even know where to start with my mortgage. She was excellent at communicating everything in detail, she was brilliant and I would always highly recommend her services!

Krystle is absolutely FANTASTIC. I can't recommend her enough and keep sharing her details with anyone I know looking to move house or remortgage. Krystle was great at shepherding me through the tricky process of getting a mortgage as a self employed person and was very patient answering questions and talking through the options. She made a daunting thing very manageable and I'll definitely be using her services again when the time comes.

Krystle really knows her stuff. She breaks things down and explains things in a way that is simple to understand (which isn't easy when it comes to mortgages!). She has her clients best interests at heart and helped us come up with a longer term plan for our mortgage repayments. Would 100% recommend Krystle! It was our first time buying a house and due to our circumstances it wasn't quite the straight forward process with lots of bumps and setbacks along the way. Krystle worked tirelessly over the course of around 18 months to help us achieve our mortgage, from switching lenders numerous times to getting our interest rate lowered whilst keeping a calm and professional outlook ,we honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. She was always on hand to answer questions and explain everything , even sometimes at the weekend or of an evening, there was never a long wait for a reply. Krystle also sorted out our protection which again we had no idea what we needed, everything was explained in detail and she worked to our budget to get us suitable cover. We wouldn't have secured our mortage without her patience and attention to detail so we are very grateful. We will be be back when our fixed term ends knowing she will find us the best deal. We would 100% recommend Krystle and will be going back to her in the future for sure. Krystle was excellent at working around our working hours and would often meet with us in the evenings. Even my 1-2year old pulling my hair in the back of meetings didn’t phase her 🤣 Krystle was always very helpful, friendly and knows her stuff! Very quick and efficient, always available to answer questions and put our minds at rest. We were never ever waiting long for a response which is amazing as patience wears thin when buying and selling, in-fact Krystle was the only one through the whole process who we had no concerns with what so ever. Krystle is very professional and informative. Krystle talked us through insurances and managed to secure a much cheaper but better life insurance for us, didn’t push anything on us that we didn’t want and ensured prices were reasonable which is different from what we have experienced in the past with a mortgage broker. Like I said above, we will 100% be going back to Krystle in the future, we have a lot of trust in her. Thank you Kyrstle for helping us secure our much longer term family home :) xx
