Joanne was fantastic throughout the whole process explaining everything in detail and helping me to understand the whole process. She was also extremely helpful in explaining all of the options for the mortgages and what they mean so I could select the right mortgage.

Joanne recently helped me with the purchase on my first home and she has been nothing but exemplary! A really friendly broker who helped really break down all the newly learnt processes that come from arranging your first mortgage. She was always available to answer further questions and perfectly happy to arrange video calls with me if there was something I wasn't sure about.
As well as that she regularly checked up on me to understand if there was anything further she could do even though her job of arranging the mortgage product had been done. If there was a problem she rapidly looked into it for me.
