I’ve been a regular customer of the mortgage co for a good no of years but feel slightly disappointed with the service I received this time around. We last heard from them a few months ago, when Martin was looking at rates for us. Our mortgage expired last month and we had letters from the bank confirming the new rate but heard nothing from the mortgage co until last week when they asked for payment. They could have communicated with us what they have done and what rate they have chosen for us. It’s a big fee to pay when you don’t have visibility of what they have done. I’ve fed this back to the branch but heard nothing, kinda feels like now they have my money they are not really bothered about my feedback. I will think twice before using them again.

I would give six stars if could, as that's twice now I have had the pleasure of Sally and Bethany obtain a mortgage for me when the High Street banks said no. I tried a few brokers on my first time buy and that's how I met Sally who obtained my first mortgage where others couldn't. So it was a no brainer when I wanted to move house, Ile just to get in touch with with The Mortgage company. Sally and Bethany be handling my mortgage needs again in a few years time. 😁👌
