Excellent quality and service
Excellent company. I purchased the Luxury Rider a couple of weeks ago, and it was delivered within three days. There was just one issue that my husband couldn't resolve: the seat pole was stuck. However, the company sent their engineer out within two days, and he sorted it out and installed the arms for us. I have another scooter that is lighter weight, but this one is perfect for driving around town because it is sturdier and has better suspension.

Dom sales person that served me was very helpful and informative (without the hard sales tactics experienced at other companies) after discussing my needs suggested the easy rider due to the auto fold capability. We were given the option to take the scooter home straight away or free delivery. We decided to use the free delivery option. On the day of delivery, we got a text message from the delivery team, giving us a 2hr time slot, so we didn't have to sit around all day.
Harry, the delivery man was great, he set the scooter up, explained how to use it and made sure we was happy before he left.

Couldn’t thank the mobility people enough, they were very understanding of my needs on the phone. They talked me through everything and gave me a delivery date that suited me. The delivery was quick and smooth, the gentlemen who delivered were very nice and gave me a demo. Would recommend
Don't buy! Waste of time and money! Made arrangements for delivery 3 times over the course of 2 months and was fobbed off all 3 times! Traffic jam, illness of driver and accident! Paid a deposit and still haven't received a refund. This is beyond a joke and am fuming! Please take my advice and rethink before purchasing! I wouldn't even rate it 1 star! Absolutely atrocious and shocking service, especially taking into concideration that it is a service for people relying on these products. I'm not one to write reviews unless it's either very good or, in this case, where other people need to be warned/made aware!
Please don't come to me with that response! If they were beyond your control, than why lie regarding delivery and say they have been loaded, whilst they weren't, as an hour later after this had been said, you came with the traffic jam excuse and told me they couldn't even pick up the scooters from your place! 2nd yes can happen and I understood, hence why I tried to have it delivered yet again. But 3rd?would have been plausible had it not been for the driver telling me they'd deliver later that day, which I agreed to, (because, yes accidents can happen!) and than fail to even send a message to inform me you are again not delivering keeping me waiting for an actual delivery! If you truly wanted to make things right than please deposit my refund into my account today and stop this nonsense and reconcider doing this to the next poor victim!! You've had more than enough time to do so!
Also I wasn't the first who this happened to. There is another review similar to mine, so I'm probably not last either, but let's hope so!

Please rethink of thinking to purchase from here. Arranged delivery 3 times over the course of 2 months and got nowhere. First couldn't be delivered due to traffic jam. I had phoned in an hour prior to this statement to make sure it was on the way as hadn't had the promised confirmation message on the day and was told already being loaded at the time then was told driver was stuck in traffic and they were unsure if they could even collect the scooter to be delivered an hour later (but you told me they were already being loaded 1 hour earlier?). 2nd attempt illness of driver and last attempt they claimed to have had an accident on the way. They could still deliver, but would probably be late, which I agreed to as we were home anyway, but you guessed it, they never showed up! Cancelled the order and still haven't got my deposit back! This has been going on since late October 24! To say I'm beyond fuming is an understatement!
Easy Rider
I bought the Easy Rider in July and it's brilliant, folds nicely to go into the boot of my car. What I most impressed with is the companies customer service, they have been fantastic when I needed help.

bought a mobility scooter from these guys , i was told it would be delivered fully built , then a phone call later saying theyve had alot of sales so mine still hasnt been put out for delivery , then i get a call saying it will be delivered fully built 27th june, same day i get a call too say van has broken down and would i accept a delivery tht i build it myself , i accepted as i am desperate too be mobile , i then rang back too speak too a manager , put on hold for 14 minutes then cut off , i rang back too the previous sales mam who was also in a conversation with a colleague then i was cut off , i rang back and was told i agreed too the scooter being delivered even tho i didnt get another option , i asked for proof of postage .... still waiting and am not happy

I initially looked to see what was available and weigh this against buying a used scooter. Looking at there site it became quickly obvious that buying new would make sense. After a quick chat on the phone I took delivery about a month later and the service they provided was second to none. I would highly recommend this company should you be considering buying new.

The best customer service I’ve ever had
The staff were incredible. They took me through every single step, making sure that I had no concerns before carrying on. By the end of our conversation I was told that it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. That’s fine. Imagine my surprise when 3 DAYS later my scooter arrived. John drove 305 miles - all the way from Scunthorpe to Perth! He assembled the scooter for me, helped me fill in all the paperwork properly and made sure that I understood what all the controls were. Overall, the service was amazing, and I’ve already recommended The Mobility People to a couple of friends who are looking for scooters

Great scooter
I got this scooter for my wife and she’s over the moon and very excited but at the moment, unfortunately, she has so far not had the opportunity to get to ride it, but I’m sure and so is she that when she does she’ll be thrilled and to get some independence back which will be good for her mind.
