I visited as a response to a job offer when I arrived It took the client a bit respond so I waited at the lobby Darwin the GC greeted as he noticed MY old patrol bag from the ARMY which now I used for quick electrical jobs. I got to say that although I was waiting on another client who happens to live there but being a Vet himself WE connected It was a God send the experience and level comfort was perfect if I was to work for a boss like that he would get nothing but A performance they have remodel these into studios SOHO style

I know it's not the fault of the condominium, but of its residents, but…. The complex is very beautiful and everything, but it is a headache for those who make Amazon Flex deliveries. The customers do not have the decency to enter the correct information to be able to deliver their package. They do not enter the access code and if someone does, it simply does not work. This condominium is a headache for delivering an Amazon Flex package, or at least the deliveries that I have had to go there.

The jade apartments are a beautifully remodeled hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping and walking distance to downtown winter haven. The apartments feature a beautiful courtyard with a hot tub, pool, pickle ball, ping pong, private cabanas, grills. There’s also an indoor game room with a pool table. Lots of activities for making friends including yoga on Thursday nights which is free for the residents.
