We bought the house which had old AC, Furnace and leaking boiler. So we decided to change it all to new energy efficient units. We made our research and decided to proceed with installation of Lennox AC & Furnace through Costco. Costco connected us with The HVAC Service who installed everything on April 18, 2023 for over $20K. Our AC broke on June 18, 2023, which is just a bit over a year after install, and up until today (July 4th) it is not fixed. First they sent us a technician who clearly had little idea of what he was doing & even did not report anywhere that connector inside the unit was burnt. Then they sent 3 other technicians. Our AC is not working for 3rd week now. Nobody at this office cares - the only response I get "we already did what we could". It is 27C inside the house. Nobody is able to sleep, small kids cry through the night as it is hot, I ended up in a hospital. It is brutal! It is unacceptable! Save yourself time and money - look for someone more reliable. I regret my choice to go through Costco & the HVAC Service.
