Replaced fly screen on roller door that we took to them. A technician come out to the house to repair front flysrceen door a week later, the door we took over was ready but was told by girl in office that technician couldn’t bring it with him 🤷♀️ technician was great friendly helpful etc bad customer service by office staff also telling us they wouldn’t fix a issue with the we had repaired ended up fixing ourself’s…..was also told they would not work on doors not from their company had to prove and argue, we had the door made through their company years before had receipts
From the ìnital quote through to the installation of 2 security doors, could not fault the service. Professional, friendly, punctual and extremely good price. They even organised to have my doors ready before going away. Highly recommend.
The guys were really prompt and friendly, the security door took two weeks and was installed by Chris a very cheerful and friendly fellow who cleaned up his mess. We are very happy.

Good quality security doors. Lovely staff, great service and good value for your money. What else can I say. If you need security door and you don't get them here, then you have done yourself a great injustice. You can get cheaper ones, but, remember, you get what you pay for. I purchased 3 security doors. These are the best. I'm happy.

Owner Matt came out quickly to measure and was pleasant guy. He sent out shop manager to check his work which I appreciated because it was a big investment. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Quote was less than the competition. 3 doors and a window took about 6 weeks to be ready. Tom worked quickly on install and the craftsmanship was excellent. Very pleased with our purchase and service.

I have used Mandurah Fly Screens and Security Doors before .....this time I Contacted them for windows screens which were installed today.....I was told the installer would arrive at 9am and sure enough he was did all 14 windows done in just over 2 hours thank you for your service and Thank you Melissa for all your assistance

*** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** Had back alfresco large sliding security doors and track system fitted by Tomas from Mandurah Fly screens a couple of weeks ago. Their service and fitting was done to a very professional standard, as was their communication from Luke which was spot on, advising on how the build was going for the doors and the times agreed upon where kept.
They also serviced our two front electric rollers shutters on the same day, made by Modern (got ripped off by Modern btw for the initial cost and also wanting $360 to service both) thinking one was broken and needed a new motor. Turned out to be the wall bracket that holds the controller to send power to the motor needed replacing. They replaced the bracket and lubricated the tracks and only charged $20, and they both work fine now, even gave us a free can of black spray paint as the powder coating is corroding. They had no idea it was corroding and would of fixed it but I said I would do it.
Second time we have used them after fitting the front secruity door a couple of years back which is still working very well and looks great. These guys will be our go too from now on.
