Beverly is AMAZING!! I had so many questions didn’t know where to start. I felt overwhelmed doing research on my own so I saw a post on fb and Beverly responded. We saw a house my husband and I fell in love with. She was with me every step of the way. She met with me so many time and just went above and beyond! We now own our first house!!! I’m just forever grateful. She is always kind, professional and patient. I’m a tough cookie but she is literally the best! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about her. The Hoeke team are a power couple! They helped my husband and I find the perfect home. Steve was extremely patient with us and drove us all around town to look at houses. He constantly asked if we had any questions about the buying process and has an eye for details. He pointed out things about homes that we would have never noticed. He compared prices of other houses in the area and scoped out the neighborhoods for us.
The Hoeke's helped us get a VA loan, stood up for us, and made the closing process a breeze! Yes, you can buy a house during a pandemic! Beverly is the behind the scenes woman! She played a huge part in our paperwork and communications.
Steve and Beverly sent us a very generous closing gift and have been checking on us and our projects in the new house!
We are looking forward to many barbecues and hang outs in the future!
