If we could give this group 6 stars, we would! We decided to do a major exterior remodel this year, after years of other things taking priority, mainly raising our family. We knew this was going to be a major undertaking and wanted someone we could trust and that would take as much pride in their work as we would with the result. Billy Creeden and his crew was recommended by a work colleague of mine. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and time efficient. They finished the job right as expected and the workmanship was topnotch!! I have and will continue to recommended this crew with the utmost confidence. We cannot thank you enough, Billy!!

Our existing wood deck was rotting out, so I contacted Timber Tech and they recommended The Highland Construction Group. Billy responded quickly, told me what needed to done to shore up the existing deck framing for the new synthetic deck. His crew was amazing and professional. The new deck and metal handrails look and feel amazing.

I had the pleasure of working with The Highland Construction Group to refurbish/replace our wooden deck with Timber Tech flooring and railings. A complete over haul. From the beginning of the project to completion, the owner was professional, and communicated every detail. The workmanship was beyond excellent. I would give the owner and his team a higher rating than a five if it were available. If you want professionalism, a great product and workmanship at a fair price, I encourage you to work with this company.

My project turned out exactly the way I imagined it. The team at Highland Construction Group was great, very professional and true craftsmen. The screened porch looks as though it was part of the original house construction. They are a highly communicative team, willing to answer any and all questions, and bring great ideas and suggestions for the homeowner to consider. Billy and his crew redid my back deck. I wanted a screened-in porch, and Billy delivered every detail. He helped me decide on colors for paint and stain. In addition, I needed my siding replaced & painted. Billy attends to every detail, and we are very happy with the finished product. The Highland Construction Group goes above and beyond, and we’re very pleased.

I just used The Highland Construction Group to make major improvements to my home. They painted the exterior of my house. It is built with cedar logs and cedar wood. They spent 2 weeks wrapping each beam & window with care and painting the tongue and groove in between. They had a crew of 3 or sometimes 4 people all working very hard to make the end result perfect. They applied 2 coats of an oil-based primer and finished with latex. They really did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them and will use them myself again. They stick to the price they quote and are flexible if you want to add or change the scope of work mid-project. I also used them for a kitchen and bath remodel. They did a beautiful job on my basement apartment. They ran into plumbing and electrical issues and yet got it figured out in a timely manner with very little adjustment to the price. They provide high quality work and excellent customer service. They completed the kitchen renovation in 4 weeks, which was a hustle. There were no problems left unaddressed. They are very professional and concerned with customer satisfaction.

What a great company to work with, we can’t say enough great things about them, but read on and you will understand why….. After getting multiple quotes to add a 16’ x 21’ screened in back porch on our 5-year-old home that we had just purchased 6 months earlier. We came to the conclusion the best choice for us was Highland Construction Group with Billy Creeden and his father Bill Creeden P.E We didn’t choose the cheapest or the most expensive of the quotes, but choose the knowledge, experience and the best materials used for the price, what else would you want? Our goals were to hire a construction firm that was licensed and insured, as we didn’t want to have any liability for potential accidents on our property while the building project was happening. We wanted a company that was eager to listen to our vision and was willing to share their own ideas about the knowledge they had experienced. We needed someone who could meet the needs of our HOA in terms of giving them the structural plans, meeting the requirements of the exterior design (using the same color and quality of the roofing materials, matching the gutters and down spouts and getting the siding materials and colors to match our existing home. Can I tell you what went right? Nearly everything, along with some additional extra special surprises. How many of you ever started a building project; whether it was a simple/complicated deck, replacing your roof, the HVAC System or a kitchen remodel without having good communication with the builder/project manager? Billy called or texted at the beginning of each week during our build to let us know the game plan. Some weeks we had many questions and other weeks he communicated more than we did – what a breath of fresh air! We were given the option of getting a set of architectural plans drawn up (we would pay for the plans) before signing their contract and the plans would belong to us, but if we ended up signing the contract, the cost of the plans would be subtracted from the contract total because the plans would help them have tighter materials lists, fewer chances of mistakes and would give each of their trades a hard copy to use during the building process. The icing on the cake was seeing building materials installed (better quality) that we weren’t expecting, problem solving/brain storming on the fly to keep the process moving forward (very talented craftsmen on our job), inspections routinely were passed and keeping the building process moving forward to finish the project early. You ask, would I change anything – actually no. We Love our finished product; our new neighbors have been extremely complimentary and the price that was contracted was what we paid for the job (no up charging us along the way). If you are thinking about doing an Exterior Home Project my husband and I would highly recommend The Highland Construction Group. We would say at least give them a chance; I think that most business owners would say that’s all we could hope for – an opportunity! Thank you for your time!

Very professional company , they did an outstanding job. They completed the deck replacement on my home quick and efficiently. Billy and Bill were great and on top of it. They kept us informed always. The crew were knowledgeable and very hard working. This company did everything they said they would do, and in a timely manner. I hired the highland construction group a few months ago to replace my misshaped back deck. Billy came out and met with me at my home and managed the entire project. Their pricing I felt was very fair, not the cheapest and not nearly the most expensive. Billy was very knowledgeable, and we ended up going with a more functional shape that was even a little bigger. The new deck is synthetic and professional the installation crew was and the work they did looks great. This company is very personable and professional. the communication through this project was next level, we always knew who was coming to our property and what they were doing. We will be using them again soon when we replace our homes siding and paint. If you are looking for a deck replacement these are the guys to call.

The Highland Construction Group built us a gorgeous, covered deck.  Everything was done quickly and very professionally.  The attention to detail on this project is extraordinary.  They built a cover on a deck were the was not one before and replaced our old deck.  Billy was great from start to finish, and the crew who worked on our project were amazing.  I fully and completely recommend this company to anyone looking for a deck replacement or a patio cover to be added to their home.

We have been looking to get a patio cover put on my house. After multiple consultations with different companies, I found The Highland Construction Group. Billy and Bill came to our house and talked to us through multiple different options. They were very detailed and on top of exactly what we could expect throughout the process. All we can say is that these guys are INCREDIBLE!!! They are not high pressure at all. The communication was excellent from start to finish. The crews that were on site were incredibly polite and respectful of our property. They kept the site clean and the workmanship that was performed was fantastic. We are incredibly happy that we found this company and could not be happier with our new patio cover. We will not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to friends and family.
